“I’ve been a member with two accounts since day one at the Haines City location. Today I brought a family member vehicle to be washed and went through the non-member line. Katie was working and greeted me with a warm smile and asked if I had a membership. After I informed her that I actually had two accounts she asked if I were aware of the family membership. I said that I was unaware and she explained that I could be saving money while still getting the same great service. Katie looked over my account and said that I could be saving $30 a month by switching. Talk about savings!!! Thanks to Katie I still get the same great service for both of my vehicles but now I’m saving money every month. Thanks Katie for outstanding customer service.”

“I’m a new customer here. I purchased the monthly plan. So far I am really loving this location. The staff is always friendly and professional. The manager Danni is very bubbly and helpful. Even though there’s little contact with the staff using the monthly sticker; I am almost guaranteed a smile and a wave as I pull up. The wash itself is very good. Cleans car well and even removes the bugs from the hood and bumpers. Very little water left behind. Definitely recommend this place.”
