During times like this during the holidays, it is crazy busy, but these associates are working their asses off and I notice how tiring it can be to deal with rude customers that come in. This store is amazing and they never fail to make me feel welcomed. A huge shout-out to all the employees at BB&W.

I love to shop at Bath and Body works but absolutely hate when I have to go into the store at posner park.
The service there absolutely sucks. It never fails. No one greets you. You could be looking lost and the employees will look at you and turn their face while talking within themselves, having personal conversations. The cashiers look like they hate their jobs and I don’t even get a hello.
Everyone there is unprofessional and rude.

My wife loves coming here. My only critique would be to monitor how many people are walking in before it becomes a madhouse. I had to walk out ( my wife stayed ) because people were rude and inconsiderate.

Off the beaten path, this is normally a good location. Having said that, it's not a secret, so when they run sales and promotions, it can still fill up with bargain hunters.

Shannon was thee only person that greeted me when I came in. I came in for a pick up order & there was 13 people walking around talking & hanging out. I asked someone to help me with my pick up order & the young girl said “sorry that’s not us just wait in line” with the ONE cashier that was open & had a big order to scan. So needless to say worst customer service I’ve experienced at any location.

Staff was plenty and were awesome at helping us find what we were interested in checking on.
I easily picked up my online order and got a couple additional items at a great price. Good visit!
