I looked online and got prices. I called and spoke to the office guy and everything matched. When I went to actual get it started up, as I was doing the paperwork with signatures, he then told me about the $16 per month charge for insurance that was REQUIRED to have unless I had my own. I felt that this was misleading as it was not anywhere I saw in the description online and was not discussed over the phone or even in person as I was there to sign up and we went over everything again. The cost is more than 25% of the unit as an added monthly expense. Very upsetting.
Other than that, the experience has been good so far.

Service at facility was quick and very helpful. Although you should be able to take advantage of the same promotions in person as online.

If you're looking for a safe place to store your things, I can tell you this isn't the place for you. After only a few weeks of renting here, they broke into my trailer and stoled everything also in several other trailer I didn't choose the insurance, which they never offered me. There's is no communication, very poor customer service and I don't have any rights to make any claims whatsoever never use this place to secure your stuff because I'm 100% sure the treatment would be much more humane elsewhere
