She was so rude and just hung up on me before I even finished saying have a nice day and wasn't even able to help me with the questions I had. I was so kind and she just slammed the phone on me. I think her name was Nancy but this place is horrible just go to the CVS in Target.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Every experience I have had here has been negative. From being stuck behind an employee blocking the door with a potential shop lifter, making it a very scary and uncomfortable situation. To calling to verify they had my prescription and showing up only to find that they did not have it and the pharmacy was incorrect in telling me it was there. Lastly, and most recently, I spent 2 days going in and hours on hold trying to get my prescription transferred because they no longer serve my insurance.

If you have to do business with this location, let's hope that you're not depending on them to dispense your life-saving medication in time to beat the Reaper. We've been dealing with this location since we moved to the area. It's the only pharmacy which will accept our primary insurance. This CVS location suffers from many of the common ills found at most stores which offer drive-through pharmacies: Long waits, not only to actually receive your medication, but to speak with someone....Anyone.But this location has its apathy and inattention-to-detail down to a science. My significant other had major surgery a week ago. Her post-op, in-facility recovery went so well that she was discharged early. When we stopped by CVS on the way home, we were able to pick up her pain medications, but some of her other critical meds weren't available. We asked why, of course. The person waiting on us at the drive-through couldn't provide us with an answer. After settling in at home, we called her physician and learned that the person who phoned in the script had given some licensing number which had expired. A simple enough problem to remedy, one would think, but we still wondered why the pharmacist didn't call the prescriber to clear things up.That would be good service, especially to a patient who was just discharged from the hospital.Neither here nor there, I wager. I don't know enough about the business to know if that's something that the pharmacist should have done when the scripts were delivered to CVS. It just seemed like it made sense....but ultimately, the fault remained with the hospital.Unbeknownst to us, when CVS received this kind of improper credential, their policy is to put the prescription "on hold" until such time that the proper credentials are obtained, or another physician corrects the mistake. After having talked with the physician we were assured that the information had been corrected with this CVS Pharmacy and that we could go pick the script up at our earliest convenience. (As an aside, the physician mentioned that she had to wait on hold for 25 minutes before someone answered the phone)."Our earliest convenience" turned out to be a visit from me, after work. It should have been a quick stop. It was only a single prescription, and it wasn't for narcotics.Upon inquiring about picking up the medicine, I was told that it had been picked up early this morning. That kind of raised an eyebrow, because I couldn't imagine my partner having me go out of my way for a script that she's already gotten. I asked a second time, repeating the name of the prescription, just to be sure. No, I was told, it was picked up.When I got home, she told me that no, the prescription hadn't been picked up. Two others had, but this particular, and critical medication wasn't among the bottles we received. We took to the phone, hoping to avoid having to travel in Central Florida rush hour traffic. We called, and were greeted by the queue recording.5 minutes passed. Then 10........which turned into 45 minutes......I got back in the car, with my phone and drove back The Pharmacist, Nirvana, finally answered while I was just turning into the CVS parking lot. I explained the situation and was still explaining it as I walked to the back of the store."Oh," she said, "There was a hold put on this".I told her that a doctor called this afternoon, with proper credentials, and verified the prescription. She looked at her screen."Yes, it shows that the prescription has been released. Would you like me to fill it?"In my head I said, "Well DUHHHHHH!"But I bit my tongue as Nirvana appeared to put on her PR face, hurriedly filled the script, and uttered a couple of "sorry about that"s.You know, in the post-covid world, my knee-jerk reaction is to cut customer service folk some slack, for reasons I'm sure I don't really have to explain to anyone at this point. That said, my good-will expired after being kept on an autom

Establishment was clean, with friendly attentive staff. Went here to pick up cold drinks the sale ends soon so had to see if they had items in stock. There is a display for super bowl that will be going up and that's where she found 3 Pepsi 12 pks my coupon allowed 3/$3.33 reg price now is over $8 each. It's really annoying how these stores are allowing the prices to jump so high.

I have been using CVS pharmacy for years in several different states and this location is by far the worse I've been to. The pharmacy team, except Phil( he is the nicest person there) are so unfriendly and unprofessional! I've been using this location for 3 years and the service is just getting worse. I hope that someone does something to improve the customer service in the pharmacy department. I am not the only Davenport resident, that is unhappy with the service at this location, my family, neighbors and friends, had shared an unpleasant experience with this pharmacy team. This is our home store and we deserve good service! I love shopping at CVS, but If things don't change soon,we will have no choice but to take our business elsewhere.

Everyone in pharmacy is unpleasant, condescending, rude and obviously following the lead of the head pharmacist who has been there for along time. I have been hollered at loudly from the back of the room when he disagreed with my doctors drug of choice. That was sometime back and occasionally I will go in since they are very close and soon realize the error of my ways. No one smiles! No one is kind to people who are coming to them because they are ill. Many know of the pharmacist's personality yet he remains there. There are too many pharmacies around here now to put up with that type of attitude.

If you don't want your pharmacy to answer the phone, or if you love to wait on hold, then this pharmacy is the one for you. Walgreens across the street is much better at providing customer service. Unfortunately, CVS is my insurance provider's preferred pharmacy. Hoping to purchase a new prescription plan that uses Walgreens.

We made a quick stop off here to grab a medicine for the baby as she wasn't feeling too hot. The parking lot is easy to get in and out of as it's right off the making road. They have all the typical offerings of the chain and are pretty organized. As it's a convenience store, pricing here is higher than other chain options, but that's expected. We found what we were looking for without too much trouble and check-out was decent with a short line. Cashier was quick but not overly friendly. Overall: B Exactly what you expect for the chain as far as offerings. A ok.

I'm from Ct but use this CVS when I visit my daughter. Today's visit left me wanting to change to Walgreens I went a few days ago, just to pick up some water. My receipt had several coupons that I could use on my next visit. One was for $12 off $60, & the other was $5 off $15 on Jergens Natural Glow products. I had to stock up on toiletries, so I bought over $80 of items, including a large Jergens for $10.99, along w 2 travel sizes for $2.99 each. The coupon did not have any size restrictions. When the cashier totaled & took off coupons, it wouldn't accept the Jergens cp. So she said " I don't think it counts towards travel size" so although it wasn't stated anywhere on the cp, I decided just to get a second larger size, which brought my Jergens purchase to $21.98, well over the $15 required. It still wouldn't accept the cp. The passive aggressive cashier said "I can't accept this cp because the register won't take it off!" I told her it was one of the reasons I came in, & since I got exactly what the cp stated, could she just enter the discount herself. She said "I can't override the sale" I asked her if there was a manager available & she got an attitude & reluctantly called one over. The line was now about 6 people deep, & they were not happy. She apologized to them by using me as the excuse, "I'm sorry but she wants this" The manager, I think it was anyway, an older man, came over & got on another register & began ringing the next customer. I told him that I think she called him for me, & he firmly told me "I'll be right w you mame" Now mind you, I came in calm w my 2 grandchildren, in front of whom this was happening. When the man came over, I explained the entire scenario, only to be met with the same disagreeable attitude, as if I was trying to "pull" something on them. Finally he got quiet & took off the $5 & curtly handed me my receipt. I was completely humiliated & never want to go there again! It is so close to where I stay, but I guess I'll have to be inconvenienced They definitely need a course on "the customers always right" especially when they are! They're working for the public & we're at these peons mercy!

Staff was great nice store would go all the time for my medication refills. Today I went to pick up my medication that I received 10 yes 10 phone calls telling me they were ready. I get there and they were not ready. One wasn't even there ! Which given by the automated calls I received it was ready for pick up. Then not only was I told by the pharmacist that it was canceled because I put the order in to soon. Which with an automatic refill I have no control over. He proceeded to tell me it was my fault in a manner an tone that he was talking down to me that it was my fault again!! Now I have no medications. I am disgusted and saddened to see this type of behavior from a supposed professional. I feel bad for the staff that has to work with him if he treats repeat customers this way.

Placing a refill order should be simple. The staff on 9/21 could not get RX correct. When I complained, they needed a safe room to go hide from me. Rich, the clerk, threatened me by trying to refuse to sell me my medication. This was overridden by management. This crew was unprofessional & possessed no customer service skills. They buy into the "I am above customers" belief. Without your customers, you would not be working there. Retraining is desperately needed. If you get the RX order wrong, simply apologize, don't behave as if you are far too above your customers, you are not. Escalated my complaint to above, then was provided an apology. Rich should not be allowed anywhere near controlled substances!
