Very slow response to customers’ request, questions, purchases. Employees are not to blame: everyone seems quite busy. The pharmacy needs to remodel for larger quantities of medicine, increased stations to purchase at, and HIRE MORE PEOPLE TO SERVE THE PUBLIC! There are fourthy thousand planned units to be built in this area (Sand Mine Rd & Rte 27)! C’ mon CVS! Keep up with the needs of the Community! If not, please shut down and let someone else respond to the needs of the community!

The Pharmacist is Extremely Rude. He tries to make things difficult for customers. The staff who try to be helpful are thwarted by him. I wouldn't write if this had only been my first bad experience with him, but there have been several. CVS can and should do better than him.

If I could give no star, I would. It took me 1 hour to get a prescription snd still ended paying cash because nobody in that pharmacy had the patience to answer my question or offer any help! Never going back!

Everyone in the store needs to be fired! I have never been to a pharmacy where they don't answer the phone and if they do they place you on hold forever the drive-through line barely is working and when it does, you're in line for literally over an hour or two. I don't know what happened to the one in Clermont on Highway 27 and 474 that one had the best customer service in the area.Going to change all my prescriptions to another CVS even if I have to drive 20 minutes more

The last CVS I used never took more than a few hours to fill a prescription. This location never takes LESS then a few DAYS to fill it, if they manage to fill them at all. Usually I have to call them to find out why it's been "In Process" for days on end, which is mostly useless too since I've never been on hold for less than 15 minutes when calling. When going into the store, everyone seems nice enough, but the service is the absolute worst.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of using. My insurance company forces me to use cvs, which is very disappointing because I have never interacted with a more incompetent company. They take weeks to process any refills you need. When you call them to beg to get them in time they do not make any effort to actually get the medicine in on time. Even when they fill your requested prescription, it is never the correct dosage or the complete prescription. Save yourself a lot of time, energy, and side effects of not being able to take your medicine and go to Walgreens instead. I cannot stress how unhelpful the entire staff is.

RUN RUN from this place they are so rude I'm always in line and the lady who always attends me always has a attitude they leave me talking and walk away as I'm talking and tell me they can't do nothing about it my sons doc had to call them but they never picked up when I told them the said our phones have not rang I could not get my sons medicine and his ear was as very very swollen and red due to a ear infection but again they left me talking and walked away from the window

Dear leadership I visited your store today at 49581 Highway 27 Davenport, Fl and I was very disappointed with the service I received from your cashier Tristan. She didn't even acknowledge me as a person but more like a machine. There was no welcoming or goodbye, including she cut me off when I wanted to ask a question. Her body language and energy was so revolting it felt like she was bothered by the clients. I also observed her treatment with the client in front of me which seem he had diabetes and she was also bothered by him as he was asking for smaller needles. As I took my receipt I wished her a better day, and she proceeded to laugh at me as I walked away. When you work with sick people, you should be giving caring service. I would encourage she be re introduced to training, on how to show empathy to clients. Thank you

I hate to go in this CVS.I wait at the drop off window for about 6 minutes, the girl there is on the phone, never acknowledges me, so I have prescriptions to pick up & I move to the pick up window, wait in line behind four people (another 12 minutes) pick up my scripts, & ask the girl if I can just drop off a prescription bottle for refill for my husband, she says NO you must go down to the drop off window, so I go there & same girl still on the phone, never acknowledge me again after about five minutes, another girl who has walked past the window at least 4 times, looks at me so disgusted & ask if I have a prescription to drop off! I can't believe the rudeness here. I will definitely switch pharmacies when refills are due.

AWFUL! Literally the WORST CVS I've ever experienced! Now the third time (I had to leave the first two attempts because of the wait) of waiting in the drive thru line with an infant for 30+ minutes before leaving. There's currently a line of four other cars behind me too. This cvs pharmacy needs major help. Figure it out!
