Needs to vastly improve their inventory process. No excuse for being out of pain/swelling meds for 5 days. Don’t use this pharmacy if you need gout meds.

Tried to pick up an antibiotic from this place. The antibiotic was at a different cvs and a woman in her 20s with brown hair said it wasn’t possible to transfer it. Called my doctor, he sent a new prescription for the antibiotic to this cvs. Then she said they need to send an authorization form to my doctor because it didn’t have any refills. This is my first time taking this antibiotic and doctors don’t typically prescribe refills for antibiotics. It has been years since I ran into this much incompetency. It was almost impressive. The Publix at st Charles plaza was able to fill this with no issue for a slightly cheaper price.

No problems with the pharmacy, but there's an associate (who I'm assuming is the store manager) who literally wouldn't let me pickup an online order I pre-paid for, had the order # for, and had ID for because the order was wrong and I wanted to return it. No clue why they won't let people return unopened product, but that's sketchy. This same dude has sold me food from the store that was out of date. I then I had to return it and found out all of the shelf stock was out of date. This is on top of other issues.
I've also noticed that the store has a stocking issue because I frequently would try to order multiples of items online only to have the system tell me that there isn't enough of something to buy 2 of them. I actually walked around one day and noticed that most of the store stock is 1-2 of each item.
I started wondering if this store is slated to close with CVS because they're closing stores and there's both a Walgreens and Publix on this corner.

STEPHANIE was great at the register Wednesday evening. She helped me maximize the coupons and discounts I had available. Her help made me feel rewarded as a customer who has lots of incentive to keep coming back!

They're pretty slow. However, I'm only writing because the drive through is infested with yellow jackets or wasps and there's a lot of spider webs covering the window.

Whenever we go in store or to the drive-thru, no issues. But if I try to call on the phone I get hung up on. Or if use the app to transfer prescriptions, it doesn't work.
