Whenever we go in store or to the drive-thru, no issues. But if I try to call on the phone I get hung up on. Or if use the app to transfer prescriptions, it doesn't work.

Been trying to get a prescription filled now for two days my doctor said he faxed it yesterday yet pharmacy keeps saying they haven't got it not sure if it's the pharmacy problem but I even called the clinic an verified that my doctor faxed it so obviously pharmacy is lieing

My daughter's liquid antibiotic was shorted two times in a row. The first time by two days and the second time by four days! I called corporate and all they do is have the store call you. I spoke to someone on the phone named Sharon at the location. She insisted it was impossible. I came into the store to speak with the manager who was on vacation. I brought the bottle with me because I had marked it as soon as I received it due to the last shortage. I also measured each dose precisely. The pharmacist insisted there isn't room for error because the medicine is mixed by a machine. That information is input by the technician. There is most definitely room for human error. She also had the nerve to insinuate I measured the doses incorrectly. Anything but actually taken accountability. She was pretty unapologetic until I became insistent and a little loud. She said she would look into it and call me back, which she did. She confirmed the same person mixed both antibiotics that were short. BUT, he has been there for 18 years. She also said they calibrated the machine. It really came off like she was just trying to appease me. She still made excuses which is why I am writing this review. It is very serious to give the wrong concentration of an antibiotic and to not give the required amount for the full treatment. Be VERY careful when filling your medication at this location. Once a few years ago my oldest daughters narcotic prescription (she had dental work done) was shorted by half. I immediately went back up there and it was immediately corrected. Interesting, somebody was covering their butt! Just be careful because even when they are wrong they are right. And they are messing with peoples health and the recurrence of bacterial infections by shorting antibiotics.

Picked up my prescription and was getting milk and they will no longer ring up any items at the pharmacy counter. No sign that referred to this new rule Was told that I had to go to front of store to buy one item and when I got to the register there was no one was there

I have been trying to call the pharmacy for over a week no one answers, I go before they are supposed to be closed according to posted hours and I'm rudly told they open at 10. Worst experience ever trying to get important meds filled. I will definitely be switching to another location

Today was just terrible. I left the CVS down the road to come to this one because there was a guy that was simply amazing and fast. However, I don’t see him anymore.I hope he comes back because the blonde lady can’t handle the drive through. Though she speaks spanish, she’s not welcoming and she slows down the drive-thru. Many cars left upset today. One guy left and said he’s calling corporate. Hopefully that’s helpful

Repeated visits to CVS in Davenport have been a blessing because of the kindness of Jeff at the checkout. He always greets you so kindly, helps with any questions and is polite and professional. Look forward to seeing him there every visit. I hope the store knows what a gem they have. Love him & CVS!!!

Deborah was wonderful! Friendly customer service can be hard to find these days. These little interactions can make your day or break your day if they go badly which does happen unfortunately. As Deborah helped me with a return and purchase I thought to myself she is a genuinely helpful person who seems to really love her job and people. I wish there were more like her!
