I was upset that I was in line with the cashier right infront of me and she was doing a pick up order with me being right infront of her instead of her helping me or speaking to me she kept doing her pick up order not only that I was doing a return which I thought I can do an even exchange she didn’t even explain the returning process s she didn’t acknowledge me she had just put the money back to the card but overall experience was very upsetting

Night time employees lack the proper educational materials that CVS utilizes and instead tries to make the customer feel incompetent by taking lack of accountability and gaslights to avoid responsibility for their lack of knowledge. “Cheryl” the evening manager knows nothing of company policy as well as how to speak to loyal customers, in addition another employee “Gabby” needs to also be retrained on how the company handles discounts made through CVS partnered insurance. Neither of these employees of this company exemplifies the customer service I and my family have come to expect after years of being loyal to the brand thru the monthly membership we pay for, minute clinic visits, how much we spend weekly for our convenience needs, as well as picking up all our prescriptions through CVS pharmacy. I was given the name of a manager “Mike” to speak to in regards to this horrible behavior I experienced tonight, I hope it will be rectified, otherwise this review will stay as is and my/ my family’s business will be taken elsewhere.

Sunday and only one cashier. Line with 8 people waiting. I need a passport photo and nobody help me. Bad bad location, go away.

Prime location location. The store was organized and clean. I found what I was looking for easily. I tried to used self checkout but the machine was not working which affected other customers as well. This was beyond the staff control, but their response and attitude was poor. Eventually, they could only accept cash. If a customer did not have cash then they had to leave the items.

The CVS I’ve been to so far is the most indifferent, and on top of that, the staff seem to enjoy being rude to people. Authorities need to urgently make improvements here. I will file complaints with the appropriate departments, and I hope this place is shut down as soon as possible because the way they leave people in difficult situations is unacceptable.

Good morning, I went to the pharmacy that is close to my house. I went to look for my medicine because I am very close to my house and they treated me very poorly. The treatment is very hostile. They are always annoying in the pharmacy. It depends on how they give the medicine. They treat the customers very badly. My husband was also treated badly. I am a lady of principle but those people are going to see a problem because they treat their clients very badly. Be careful, there is one called Janise, the lady whose name I didn't see, the one on another computer, I'm done. I'm tired of being treated this badly. It's not the first time it's happened to me, but it's good. I don't want to continue experiencing this inconvenience. From now on, I'll look for another pharmacy chain since unfortunately there is no one who can stop this abuse that the people who suffer from it have. They dispense the medicine, they do not have the capacity to deliver the medicine with good humor without demigrating to us a racism, they demigrate the Latino clients in the cv 7575 Osceola Polk line road Davenport fl they lack education they mistreated me and my family
