Worst place you can shop. Bought my son a bat and was the wrong one. They refused to exchange it when it was less than 24 hrs of purchase. Don’t buy anything here.

Went to your store today and the service I received from the manager in the golf dept and Elvis in the shoe department was the best. I have to give extra stars to Elvis for giving information on It was the shoes I was wearing was really the reason that my feet were really bothering me. He could just have sold me a good pair of running shoes which I shud be wearing but had me try a pair of orthotic insoles and this was a big improvement. However I will be back soon to get a nice pair of running shoes from Elvis for sure. Thanks again Elvis

Came this morning to buy a shirt. Found one I loved and went to purchase, only to find out that from the stack of maybe 50-60 shirts they had on display are not yet released by Nike and was not allowed to purchase. A simple sorry was said no intent to try and let me purchase the shirt or offer a discount on another item for the trouble. Terrible customer service, plus they made me wait 10 min for a manager to come say no as well. Really bad experience here.

Why have an in store web site that shows IN STORE inventory and then when we get there, not only do they have nothing but I'm told that the store web site is the WORST way to check out inventory.?
No wonder why people shop On-line!

I had a very positive experience at this store in Davenport. The sales staff were extremely accomodating and friendly. There was an adequate amount of good quality apparel which were well laid out. And the Manager was on the job, observing and taking care of each bottleneck in operations and ensured customer's comfort and satisfying shopping experience. I would definetly recommend this store.

This is the most unprepared store. I came for the second time to purchase workout equipment and they don't have what I want. they have it on display but they don't have on stock I talk to the manager Zack and he said to me they can sell me the display which I think is Ludacris. Them they tell me they have it on white as a store organization is key. I am a manager my self and this store dosent not live up to the standars of this company we are in the selling business and customer is always right. Last time I come to this store.

I wanted to buy a pair Nike air max sneakers. So the sales person goes in the back and another sales person comes out hands me the sneakers and leaves. What happened to customer service? The sneakers looked like the glue was coming off. I looked for someone to help me, and there was no one there. So I left! If a manager sees this, that’s how you lose business! Do you even care?Won’t go back.
