Walking in the store smells like a sour towel. Counter employees do not greet you or even stir your drinks, no thank you nothing! Where is the manager?? Terrible Terrible Terrible. Men's restroom smells like sewer gas! What is the deal?

Don’t go to this location. I’ve always gotten my coffee from Starbucks and decided to switch over to Dunkin and was new to the menu I wanted the new churro latte drink but as an iced coffee and there was miscommunication when ordering. And when i went in the drive through and the girl taking my order chuckled under her breath when I didn’t get my order right and then rather than helping me get my order right recommended something I didn’t like. I came back around thinking it was no big deal to have them remake the iced coffee and the second time they loaded it with sugar I couldn’t even drink it and by the third time I just took it and left. It was around 7pm I don’t remember her name but it was her and one other boy helping me. She handed me the drink in drive through with extreme attitude and It could’ve all been avoided if they took more time to suggest things or simply make the moment right rather than laughing at me or getting annoyed for working at a job they chose to work at. Mistakes happen and miscommunication also happens, but the customer service skills were horrible and you have to give customers grace and I did with them until they gave me nasty looks. I drove off completely upset and am definitely never making this location my regular. Staff members obviously need coaching. And the donuts were dry. Wasted time there and money and regretted going. It’s the staff that creates an experience for the customers and there’s certain ways to go about things. Again mistakes happen but looking at me like you want to strangle me over coffee doesn’t solve much especially as I was being patient with them. Maybe just quit your job. Definitely needs new staff members.

This location is being run better now than I've seen in the last 3 years. Went in, and they were actually full with donuts and other goodies. Service was perfect, We didn't get ice cream this time. So I can't say if any of their blenders were working, but will definitely be back to try it out.

why wondering in a market that is not your specialty? Overpriced empanada that doesn't look at all at the one on the menu board and that the dough is the same thickness as the content, and it doesn't taste like empanada either.

Today 4/1 I just left the drive thru. The person who attended the window was very rude. We didn't understand what she was saying because of the noise and we asked her what she was saying and she yelled at us and then she said something inside the store that all the staff made fun of us. Then something was missing in the order when I asked for it, they didn't give them the coffee that is supposed to be hot, they didn't give them cold. It is precisely people of color who ask for respect and are the same ones who do not give it. And it's not racism because I'm a person of color.

Stood at cash and not served. All staff serving take out window. Poor selection of donuts. Ice cream not labeled. Smelled of sour milk.

Ms rogers the manager is the reason all the employees here are so rude and i understand working with someone like that i would have quit a long time ago, maybe promote one of your lovely cashiers who under all the stress of a line and a terrible manager still have a smile on their face. Thank you to everyone except ms.

We have ordered twice and both times our orders were incorrect. The first time our drinks both tasted wrong and the second they handed us an empty cup. What makes this worse is that they weren’t even busy and it took forever!
