  Been waiting on a package since Friday June 30th. I took the day off of work waiting for it. Now today is Saturday and I’ve been waiting for it all day. I called around noon and was told that they left a door tag because no one was home. I was also told that the agent I spoke with will create a ticket to trace the package... read full comment

  They never deliver on time! Packages to businesses are often time sensitive. It’s been days and they have yet to even attempt to deliver to my business. I hate that the merchant chose FedEx. Trying to file a formal complaint is impossible. Terrible.
