FedEx delivery driver has backed into our gate more than once, drops or tosses packages over our gate and then doesn't even honk or make any effort to deliver if it is signature required. We have goats and the gate has to stay shut. Missed delivery when outside because of the lack of effort by driver.

Impossible to actually talk to a person on how one might pick up a package that the driver spent 2 1/2 minutes at the front door trying to deliver.

I have a business that depends on receiving packages. This FedEx location constantly lies about having attempted delivery. Today I was outside and talked to the delivery guy when he came by and he said he had nothing for me. I checked the tracking and it says they could not deliver the packages because I was not available. This happens constantly. I have zero problems with other carriers but I'm forced to use FedEx by one of my suppliers. Worst service I have ever received, and they lie about having attempted delivery. Malicious about giving terrible service.

You're screwed if your package ends up at this center. They flat out lie about attempting to deliver packages, then they force you to drive here to pick it up or else they return it to the shipper.

Absolute garbage service. Lost a $500 camera lens in which no one is being held accountable for. Was supposed to be delivered to a FedEx drop off site (at a Walgreens) but somehow got mis-delivered and literally let someone that isn’t me, sign off on the package. Customer service has been absolute trash and they just randomly closed the claims case leaving me scrambling with the shipper on trying to get my money back.

Service is terrible. Package was supposed to be delivered on Saturday morning, but was delayed. Package was supposed to be delivered on Sunday. I waited all day for delivery and then, late in the day, the app said delivery attempted, but could not be delivered. This is a lie, there was no attempt, as I have been home all day waiting.

The Management That Runs This Facility Is Horrible, Kevin Who Is OTP Manager Who Runs Shift From 11pm Til 3:30am Is By Far The Most Inconsiderate Person In This Facility! They Terminate People Without Talking To Them To Figure Out Situations, They Treat You Like Garbage, If You’re Hurt They Will Laugh & Say It’s Okay Keep Working, The Treatment In Here Is Very Unfair, Gusto Is Also Another Example Of A Bad Character, They Will Only Care About Trucks Coming & Going. Not The Workers. It’s Quite Sad. This Facility Is So Corrupted. Such A Depressing Place To Work.

Worst… absolutely the worst customer service in the industry. I don’t know how they survive. Even worse is their online ‘help’ …. Laughable. The absolute gutter of the industry. Can you say Amazon? I can’t stand when someone ships something to me with them. I would never use their services. I’d drive it there myself.
