Showed up early for my appointment and was told they operate first come first serve even with an appointment. If I still wanted service it would be 5 hours instead of 1 - 2 I had been quoted. Was told I could reschedule but the same thing can happen if I reschedule.
General rule: say walk-ins only if that’s all you do!

It's really a bad service, they don't have a way to repair Apple devices. I wasted more than 3 hours for them to tell me that I had to go to the Apple Store. They are not professionals and they offer a service which they cannot provide, wizard and Isaiah does not have a good attitude to solve the problems. things and if you go you will waste your time

Very poor knowledge of their own business processes. Poor customer awareness and poor customer service. Took 4 times longer than necessary. Manager didn't seem interested in training the employee or assisting with business process issues. I don't really feel comfortable trusting my laptop to Geek Squad.

I made an appointment on line to check my HP all in one desk top. I was helped within 5 minutes of my scheduled time. I explained the issue and in 5 minutes the knowledgeable courteous rep knew what it was and what I had suspected. Within 2 days I was notified it was ready, made an appointment the same afternoon. Again great timely service at pickup. .

Store let me make an appointment for a iPhone battery replacement but after waiting 15 minutes past my appoint time, I was told the store only replaces iPhone models 10 and above. Why waste customers time if you can not help or service them? Worker are nice.

I noticed this Geek Squad is ALWAYS busy whenever I shopped here so whenever I had an issue with my computer I made an appointment by calling 1-800 GEEK SQUAD and short guy with a big beard helped resolve my issue.

We didn’t have an appointment but they attended us anyways. It was a last minute thing since our phone just decided to shut down on us. We went to Geek Squad and the service member, Braian was beyond amazing. Thanks to him we got our phone back without losing all of our precious pictures and memories. Amazing service and very attentive, I highly recommend getting attended by Braian.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR YOUR TECH NEEDS! Purchased a 2TB internal harddrive and a year of Geek Squad service because their smooth talk about how knowledgable/capable they were on the installation of the new harddrive and maintenance of our computer. Later pick up our computer, bring it home, set it up. EVERYTHING IS GONE! THOUSANDS of family pictures, videos, family gatherings, memories, GONE! I'm not even worried about the rest of our files and games. Those for the most part can be replaced. Those pictures were there for storage, I can't get them back. They were specifically instructed to transfer everything over. It is in the work order. Their Response? "In this case we apparently didn't back it up before proceeding" Over $500 spent for them to botch the installation, leave a clearly noticeable wad of dust/debris in the computer AND lost priceless memories.
