She was absolutely incredible with my three-year-old who did not want to get his haircut but desperately needed it. He looks amazing for a great price and she was very quick to get him in and out as quickly as possible and still looking good!

First and last time going here , they need to learn how to cut hair properly !!
Went for a hair cut and came out with a bad one, had to go somewhere professional to get the mess that they did in my hair looking better.

The worst Great Clips in Champions Gate. Signed waiting list, was 40 minutes in 20 minutes the time goes up, went 60 waiting, for minutes went 96 waiting. Waited for 25 minutes, went to 96 waiting, should be 15 minutes. With 3 techs can do the work. Unprofessional and don't care the customers, and only do cut hair. Used in PA, MetroWest Orlando or anything the location never had problem, only problem the Champions Gate on RT 27.

Love Great Clips. It's right across from my house so I can check in online and never have to wait. I don't have a whole lot of hair on my 75 year old head, so I love the fact that I don't have to pay a fortune for a cut that I don't need..

When I walked into this establishment I was a happy semi middle-aged medium hair length individual. When I left this establishment I was a happy semi middle-aged short hair length individual. The amount of change that I went through and the amount of heart that I had to put into the progression to become the man that I am today after walking out of that building is a testament to the cut that I received

Greeted upon arrival. Our son was checked in and taken great care of. He asked for a very specific style and got exactly what he wanted. A perfect service and will happily return and recommend above all other salons.

Save your money, go somewhere else. Wanted a standard military style haircut, a short buzz with a little left to comb over on top, and I provided a picture for exactly what I wanted. Even after multiple corrections still didn’t get anywhere close to what I wanted. I finally just gave up and left and will have to find someone to fix it. I was a Sports Clips customer for years after they fixed another botched Great Clips cut, but when I moved to an area where the nearest Sports Clips is an hour away. I will now gladly make the drive past numerous Great Clips to get anywhere else to get my hair cut.
