I'm absolutely thrilled with my experience at this nail salon! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the sparkling cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. Amy, the owner and talented nail artist, truly outdid herself with my nail design. Her attention to detail and creativity are unmatched!
What really stood out to me was Amy's pride in her work and her salon. It's clear she's passionate about what she does, and it shows in every aspect of her business. The staff is friendly, courteous, and accommodating - they made me feel like royalty!
I was particularly impressed that Amy was open to my design requests and didn't bat an eye when I asked for custom touches. Her team is clearly well-trained and happy to work with clients to bring their vision to life.

I walked in and did my nails with Ben and he did such an amazing job at my nails he was very focused and made sure to pay attention to details I will be returning.

Giving two stars due to always being available for walk ins and being clean. Otherwise today I walked in to get a gel manicure with cat eye designs and a complete fail. The lady didnāt know much English so she couldnāt understand what I was asking of her, and she didnāt know how to do the cat eye nails with the magnet either. Every nail looks completely different - it looks like a kid did it. It was so rushed and they didnāt even take the time to clean under the nails, neither was there even a cream massage. To have the audacity to charge me $55 for a messed up rushed manicure is unbelievable. I do not recommend going here as they arenāt well versed in new nail designs and rush the entire process - itās supposed to be a treat for yourself where you can relax, but I left annoyed instead!

Mrs. Linda is THE bomb!! I wanted to pack her in my suitcase and take her home with me. I havenāt had a mani and pedi that good in a while!! 10/10 would definitely recommend Mrs. Linda!

I received a manicure and pedicure today. I did not catch my nail techs name. Everything took about 45min or an hour. The spa is very clean and neat. You really get the impression that they care. I could see a box of disposable pedicure kits. The only thing that was underwhelming was the massage. It was very light pressure and not mindful. The manicure involves gloves and time to soak but no time was given and the products barely worked into the skin. Made the over all service ok. $80-$90 no polish on hands, gel on feet, and regular pedicure. The atmosphere and front desk āFloā made it worth coming back.

Amy Lynn is amazing! She is calm, gentle and does a great job. Her nail designs are beautiful and unique.
I have.been a customer of this salon since it opened. The owner, Luann, works just as hard as her staff and has a great eye for color. Everyone in the shop is friendly and kind.

I have known this place for well over 10 years,but today was an extremely difficult, embarrassing time I had at IN-STYLE NAILS. Will NOT ever come back. The owner/ manager was very aggressive and verbally abusive in her native language. Nothing to do with the employees.

Mixed reviews. The woman who did my nail design was lovely but the woman who did my pedicure made me bleed twice and dug into my cuticles.
Also my mother asked for a design and the woman who was doing it argued with her when she couldnāt find the right color, told her she couldnāt have what she wanted (which wa insane because itās what I got!) and then was nasty, and said she needed to hurry as she had other customers. It was appalling customer service and we actually were charged extra than quoted.

Horrible Experience!!!
I rarely if ever write a review. An excellent tip is my preferred review for service well done. My daughter, daughter in law and myself had appointments for pedicures and gel manicures requesting Disney art for our visit to Disney World. The pedicures were fine, although they did not have the color of my choosing and the young man could understand little of what I said. He could not find a comparable color. I was then handed off to another technician, a young girl who was in a great hurry. She constantly tapped my phone telling me to make a decision regarding art work. I wanted to discuss it with her, but she was in a rush and just wanted me to decide something. When I asked her questions, she was short. I told her I did not like my toenail color so I didnāt want my nails to be that color and I wanted a different color for both I would pay for having my toes repainted. She brought over many colors, but didnāt seem to understand the color that I was requesting. At one point, she said I have customers or I have clients something to that effectā¦. Decide! She did not remove the polish from my toenails, simply painted one coat over top of the old.
I am 70 years old and have had countless manicures and pedicures and never in my life have encountered this disrespect and rudeness. She had me in tears.
Upon leaving and paying, I was still tearful, and my daughter stepped up and told the person I believe who is the manager about the situation and she said itās cultural. I donāt think being rude is cultural. Then the manager said, maybe sheās having a bad day. And maybe she was. But it is no excuse to treat a client as I was treated.
Insult to injuryā¦.when I paid with my card the final amount was $246 and change. There was no offer of compensation for the obvious poor service rendered by this young woman. Later when looking at my non-itemized receipt, the charge was $266!!!! An extra $20 for what??

Tammy, was very kind.The pedi she gave me, was very relaxing. Tammy was very meticulous, when doing my manicure. Very happy and feeling very good about my first visit at, INSTYLE Nails and Spa. I plan to make more appointments there.
