They got me in quick . Repaired a tire , oil change , rotation. As with the last 2 times , they never set the correct air pressures. Other than that, all good.

We really like the way James tippett treated us at Jarrett Gordon Ford....with respect and he is very knowledgeable and has patience. He explains everything very well. You don't find many salespeople like him. We highly recomend him to everyone and the financial department as well. We give them five stars.

This review has nothing to do with the sales department. They are excellent.
Adding to my previous review. Yet again incompetence at the service department, trying to sell non-needed services, not doing what was originally asked and losing 3 days of our vehicle use for a simple oil change, tire rotation and brake check..
We have been patrons of this service department for decades, and regrettably, we've observed a consistent decline in service quality. The technicians appear to lack competence in various aspects, and it seems there is a notable absence of quality control from the managerial hierarchy upwards. On numerous occasions, service items have been overlooked, and specific appointments were scheduled only to be canceled with dubious justifications. Over the years, we've referred many individuals here, only to find ourselves embarrassed by the shared experiences of our referrals. Regardless of the vehicle we bring in, it appears there is always at least one issue encountered. We hold no grievances against the other departments at Jarret Gordon Ford, but we firmly believe that the service department requires a comprehensive overhaul.

I traded in my Honda Civic and purchased a brand new 2025 Ford Bronco Sport from your dealership on August 11, 2025. My salesperson was John Bishop, and I had a great experience working with him. He was extremely responsive, and the purchasing process was smooth and simple. He was truly wonderful to work with.
However, within the first week of owning my Bronco, I noticed several issues:
- The speakers produce static and crackling sounds when I’m on the phone or using GPS.
- The car makes a whistling noise when driving over 50 mph.
- There are oil or grease stains on the leather of the back seats.
- The passenger-side door rattles on the highway and when music is playing.
During the first month, I contacted John about the first three issues, and he told me to bring the car in. The service team looked at my car for about 20 minutes. They said they couldn’t find anything wrong with the speakers but would contact the Ford Hotline to check for any system bugs or updates and get back to me. I never received a follow-up call, and the speaker issue continued.
After receiving a satisfaction email from Daryll, the Sales Manager, I replied with details about my experience, but he never responded.
On Monday, September 8, I brought the car back in. The service representative said it shouldn’t take more than a day. I wasn’t contacted that day, but I did receive a call the following day saying they were investigating the whistling issue and had reached out to Ford Hotline again, which could take a few days.
Several days passed without any updates. I called the Service Manager, who said she would look into it and have someone contact me. Later, I received a text from the original technician repeating what I had already been told three days earlier—that I’d hear more on Monday. The following week, I had to call twice more and was told they couldn’t find anything wrong with the issues and that these were “normal” characteristics of the vehicle. They also said they had wiped down the backseat, but it was barely cleaned.
Now I’m back working with the Service Department because of the passenger-side door rattle. This is a brand new vehicle. I’ve emailed both Nelson (General Manager) and Anthony (Dealer Principal), but neither has responded.
This post-purchase experience has been extremely disappointing. I’ve owned this new car for just over two months, and it has already spent two of those weeks in the shop—with no resolutions to the problems.

I took my truck there for the second time, first time all good just oil change i took my truck today to get the oil change tires rotation and even 1 New tire cause they said it was bad (THEY CRASH MY TRUCK) and didnt do nothing about it ,this is going to be the last time i come to this Store!!! (THE WORST STORE EVER) Thank you for the bad work !! Bought my car with Jayson and it was a straightforward and pleasant experience, he took his time to answer all questions I had. It had no pressure to buy or upsell just tells you the options and helps you make the decision that is best for you amazing 10/10 would buy with him again. I also I have to add that JT from the finance office was beyond helpful and polite making the buying process as enjoyable as can be.
