Very bad service, I arrived in the morning at 6am to try to fix a punctured tire. The person in the office was in a bad mood, apparently he had not slept well and was speaking with an attitude as if he was not interested in the client solving his problem.
I do not recommend coming when that person is there, he was a white man with a beard and tattoos on his arms with a terrible attitude. What a worse way to start the day.

I was attempting to fill up my propane tank and after 2 hours of line I was told that my propane tank was expired, therefore the staff could not fill it up because it was dangerous to fill up an expired propane tank. I understand it’s dangerous and for safety they do not want to take the risk of filling up an expired one, and my safety as well. That is completely understandable. I understood and I asked the staff member with the tattoo if I came back with another tank that was not expired I didn’t have to do the line again, the guy said yes. So, I left to get another empty propane gas tank that was not expired and When I came back I was told to do the line again and wait in line for two hours again. I asked the lady why as the guy with the tattoo told me I could come back and I was going to be assisted without making the as I already did it. Come on is messed up! and the fact that they do not care treating you like a human being. Thankfully I was able to fill it up after many others were filling several a gas tanks and even an RV. I might still needing the services from Love’s but this treatment was disgusting

This is a pretty good stop but space is limited and the staff although nice and professional, don't do a great job maintaining the grills and warmers stocked. It's the middle of the day and the rollers are mostly empty.

Staff is very friendly, store well stocked, showers very clean. But be prepared for parking problems. Amazon is next door and inconsiderate bobtails flood the parking lot. Instead of doubling or tripling up in one spot, they gotta take up a whole spot a truck with trailer could use. Drivers will park two and three deep next to scale, blocking you in your spot. In short, nice place to visit but full of New Breed CDL Mill Graduates that are very inconsiderate.

I purchased a Bluetooth headset there and when I realized I didn't need it I went to return it only to be told it could not be returned only exchanged (it had not been used or opened) . It said nowhere on the receipt given to me that was the case and the cashier was to busy repeating to another truck driver that he was lucky he wasnt calling the cops on him over the cup of ice he had to inform me that the item I was purchasing wasn't refundable. Had I known that was the case I wouldn't have purchased it. So I now have a $120 item that I don't need because of a cup of ice and the cashier being unprofessional with a clear disdain towards drivers.

Came to get Pm service done on my truck by Zach! Later that night my fuel filter was leaking diesel I then called the store to get some help for a problem they caused! A worker named sasson then tells me they can’t come out because it’s to close to closing time! Which is very unfortunate being again I can’t turn the truck on or anything from a problem Zach caused! So also on top of losing diesel I had to pay for a hotel!!!
I have received no help from anyone at this store oh and I lost over 100 plus dollars of diesel and no one not seems to be able to help! So long story short they do not know how to fix problems they caused or even care too! We have to do better I spent 800 dollars!!!!

Manger is rude they only got one guy cleaning the shower they say it’s ready but it’s not and the truck stop is small horrible
