BUYER BEWARE!!! I went to this clinic and was told that they checked to make sure that my vaccines were covered under my insurance. Waited at least 10 minutes while they allegedly checked. I later got a bill for almost $900 due to their incompetence. They do not make payment arrangements so now I’m just stuck with this bill now. If they hadn’t lied to me on the initial visit about it being covered I never would have gotten the vaccines. I guess this is a scam that they’re running now to tell you that things are covered when they are not to try to get money from you later. Do yourself a favor and get your services elsewhere.

Had a 12:50 appointment for my daughter and we showed up a couple minutes late around 12:54. They told us we had to wait and see if the 1:00 appointment showed up to be seen since we were late. At 1:10 the other appointment showed up which made them later for their appointment than we were. I was then told we had to wait over an hour for them to come back from lunch and we could hang around and see if any other appointments canceled. Horrible customer service and a waste of time. Go anywhere else. I understand I was a few minutes late and I'm at fault for that, but to tell me to wait for the 1:00 appointment that showed up 10 minutes late and taking them back no problem is absurd. Give another place your money don't even waste your time here. This experience was on 11/21/2023.

Took our 2 year old for suspected pink eye as she was having obvious symptoms of mucopurulent eye discharge the day prior. Wanted it assessed and treated with an antibiotic eyedrop to prevent it from getting worser. The APRN despite us conveying her symptoms seemed dismissive and diagnosed her with viral conjunctivitis and simply based it on the fact her eye wasnt red disregarding the abnormal eye discharge and simply recommended an over the counter eye drop for irritation. Than said if it gets worser throughout the week make an appt. with her primary Dr. that is what we wanted to avoid it getting worser hence why we scheduled the appt. with the CVS minute clinic. We scheduled an appt. with her pediatrician the next day as she continued with the mucopurulent discharge and guess what she was diagnosed with bacterial conjunctivitis as we thought and prescribed an antibiotic eye drop for 5 days. Not sure if this was simply due to lack of knowledge, inexperience and or dissmissing the parents concerns either way we were very dissatisfied with the the level of care and lack there of that was provided as my daughter was misdiagnosed and our concerns were disregarded. Will definitely not return or recommend going to this minute clinic again for medical care. Also did not feel it necessary to mention that both parents are in the medical field inorder to have our concerns addressed (RN and 4th year medical student).

I called the number to get information on a walk in appointment, the message said they were open until 7:30 with the last walk-in appointment 15 mins prior to closing. I arrived at 6:55 and the nurse said that the last appointment they see is at 6:40. CVS needs to either change the message or tell their medical staff to work the advertised hours.Additionally, the medical staff was very rude and would not respond to any questions I had about alternative locations. Even by their own words they were still open so they could have in the least answered my questions.

Fast, efficient, friendly, and accurate. I brought my son in with an ear infection and Tameka was our hero. She deserves a bonus. I don’t ordinarily write reviews- but this worked out very well.

I would give a 0 if i could. Was scheduled for a Covid Test and was running late due to traffic. Once i arrived, the rep performing the test wouldnt see me. I Explained that traffic was really bad on the 1-4 hwy and she said appt was canceled. Then a yound lady that just arrived was an hour and a half early to hers and then was seen in from this same rep. How do you see someone really early but dont want to take someone in because you are running a little late. You have to be fair if you can't see someone thats late, you shouldn't see someone thats way early, BE FAIR. Rep was rude.

The care and service I received was above and beyond. I am on vacation and started bad symptoms of a UTI. Googled and found they were close to where I was staying. After checking in, discovered no available appointment for the day. They found a cancelation, got me in and out within an hour. Very professional and caring.

If I could do zero stars I would. RUN! Do not walk as far away from this place as fast as possible. I booked an appointment the day before to get a TB test required for school. I showed up at my appointment time and there was no one around, but it said my wait time was 25 minutes. Fine. I waited about half an hour and then saw that my wait time changed to an hour?? Excuse me?! I was able to find an associate to ask them and they said "Yeah unfortunately the way our system works we book a few people at the same time so if you book an appointment for 3pm it'll be more like 4pm". Wow. What's the point of booking an appointment then? Not a very efficient way of running your system. So I left the store and went to run some other errands. I waited and waited and waited. It reaches 4:45pm and it says my wait time is 7 min. I am about to head back when I get a notification saying my appointment had been CANCELED! No apology, no explanation, no rescheduling, no nothing. Very disorganized and terrible communication. I am very disappointed with this location. Save yourself the time and go to an urgent care or your PCP.

What a poor excuse of a health establishment. Website clearly states walk-ins accepted until 6:30 and closes at 7:30. No explanation from the manager for why I was not able to put my name in well before that 6:30 time limit. Her only explanation was that they “aren’t affiliated with minute clinic”. This is hilarious to me because it is called “CVS Minute Clinic” and all records from visits are online in the CVS account on their website. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy rude management and not receiving help.

This place simply sucks. Checked in with an hour and a half wait time. After waiting that long I was still at the bottom of the list with a more than an hour wait. This is the last place I will ever go again. I would rather die than to set foot in this place, really. On a side note, I am glad you this happened. I have been thinking about switching my prescriptions to CVS. But after having to listen to how their pharmacy works for the hour and an half, that would have been a bigger mistake than going to the clinic. Follow up. I stopped at the grocery store on the way home and noticed they had a clinic inside. Check in, consultation and prescription filled; 20 minutes. That's right 20 MINUTES!
