Terrible services, today have an extra charge at $20 after 15 minutes to pick up the distance my house it the same 15 minutes. The employees are to rude. My dogs was to scare, I don,t think so have a good time. In Posner Park location.

First time that we took our dog and had the Worst experience ever. We said clearly a full grooming and it didn't even look like they even bathed our dog he didn't smell clean. Not to mention, my husband had to go again because they did not clean the ears. It was a total dissapointment and no one new nothing, not even how to answer and/or address our concerns. I would rate this place with a 0 but it doesn't let me. I will NEVER take my dog again. Terrible place and bad personnel. I do not know how this place is even open.

I have multiple tanks and I told the lady and she tried to limit me getting fish. She was rolling her eyes being rude.

Really disappointed with this location. I've been coming since it opened- so for a long time. The store is absolutely filthy. It looks like they haven't cleaned in a loooong time. When you bring your dogs there, you have to worry about what they are going to put in there mouth. Other pet stores in the area don't look like this, so it's doable.

Really Bad Service , Customer Service and when you buy online and you go to pick up at the curbside you need to go inside the store and wait in line and the order is incomplete .

The grooming staff is horrible, they take any suggestion in the worst possible way and put false notes in the system, especially the girl with green hair, her attention is horrible, unprofessional and rude, they definitely need to change their staff.

My daughter drove 45 minutes away , to get my dogs food , that I bought online, and the handle the wrong one, and we have to go back for the exchange, also this happened twice. Employees. Needs to pay attention. I was really mad with manager , we sorry you do not paid bills!

This grooming salon leaves a lot to be desired; the manager needs to hire better staff. A Year ago the staff was well versed and in recent months it seems the turn over is very high. The young Lady running the salon; seems scared herself of the “attitude and behavior” she has to put up with…
The store looks good; but their pet groomers behavior and attitude leave a lot to be desired. There are other Pet Smart salons that will give better service..

At first I was looking for the product I needed and looking for help.
After several minutes and walking towards the front I looked 3 employees taking and chitchatting and I received no greeting when I approached.
One of the associates looked to me like “yes?” Making a gesture on her face
And after I asked if they had a product available their typical answer is “did you find it there?, if it’s not there we don’t have sorry”
So I had no choice than grabbing a different dogs food flavor and SURPRISE!!!!! The food had lots of animals and eggs inside and this food has only 1 day of being opened.
