I recently visited PetSmart in search of items for my new puppy and had a positive experience. The store offers a wide range of pet supplies and services for various animals, including dogs, cats, birds, and reptiles. The store is well-organized, making it easy to navigate through the aisles. They have a good selection of pet food, toys, accessories, and grooming products. I was impressed by the variety and quality of the products available. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is our first time in a long time becoming dog owners so it was important to be able to get help if we needed it. The staff was knowledgeable about the different products and offered advice on the pet which products they thought were best for us.They offer professional groomers on-site which makes it convenient to shop while your pet is getting his grooming done. And, with their pet hospital right there in the store you can get your pet checked up, get his shots, and address any other concerns and needs.Another commendable feature is the adoption center within the store. They partner with local animal shelters to facilitate pet adoptions to find these pets a loving home.Whether you're looking for supplies, advice, or a new furry friend, PetSmart is worth a visit.

Came here for cat food and treats for my friend's cats, only to find her switching brands for the treats due to the regular brand she buys being out of stock. Her cats are picky with treats so she relies on a certain brand.Employees very happy and helpful make this store worth the trip!

We took our dog to be groomed and it took 5 hours. We had to continue to call and call and every time they said, 40 mins until it turned into 5 hours. Horrible place!!

it's really unfortunate because this petsmart is the closest pet store to me. However, I really dislike when employees treat me wrong for no reason. I went to cash out and the employee (who I've never seen before and I come here often) just told me to bring my cart to the little opening so he can just scan from my cart. Okay, thanks. I appreciate it. He was like do you have an account with us? Me: yes. Him "put your number in". Again, coming off a bit strong. Then I told him something I got was cheaper online. He asked me if it was from their website, I said no it was chewy and he said they no longer price match with chewy. I didn't catch an attitude. I just said "uhm okay" and he proceeded to run his mouth about how employees don't stick up for themselves and tell the customer no and if they continued doing it, the store would no longer be there (implying the store would shut down over price matching). He said they haven't price matched in a long time. I said "really, because I just bought some like last month." But he tried to justify it and say it would do it this time. He wouldn't do it again. And that he would remember not to do it again next time. By this time, since he was already coming off very strong and rude for no reason, that's when I became defensive and told him that his logic about standing up to the customer doesn't make sense. I did nothing wrong, I did not give him a hard time. There was nothing to stand up to me about. I did not know petsmart no longer price matches with chewy because every time I ever go there, the employees just do it. I've never given anyone a hard time. He could have kindly explained to me that they didn't do it anymore. I would have asked since when, because I was genuinely baffled since I had been doing it for the last two years of living here. And then I told him he was very rude because at the end of the day, there was no need to treat me any way other than kindly. I did nothing wrong and that's what makes me so frustrated.

I'm all about being efficient, but when both your website AND your app will not let you book an appointment for a nail trim, and every other PetSmart you've gone to has told you the same thing (walk-ins welcome for Nail Trims), why on earth would a person think to make an appointment for a Nail Trim? Especially because, again, you can't do it online OR on the app? This PetSmart is the closest, yet still a good 20 minute drive from my house. Drive over, take my dog back and ask for a nail trim. Now, they had 3 dogs being groomed, and one employee who waltzed in behind me to check us in. She then proceeds to tell me that "This Stores Policy" is different from the website or the app. When I questioned her, she just says "Oh. No. You can't make this appointment online. You have to call."So here is my beef. If your website and your app do not state this, how are first timers to know you've got a different policy? They can't. PetSmart, I'm highly disappointed in how this was handled, and I likely will not be back to this store. I can take my business elsewhere.

I have been going to PetSmart for over 20yrs for my pets needs. I placed an online order for pickup. Received the email that it was ready and arrived about 2hrs later. Upon arrival I picked curbside pickup. After waiting for over 20min went in the store. The associate I asked about it told me to go back out to my car. When I asked if I could just get it since I was in the store he told me to go find it on the shelf and get in line like everyone else. After doing that he decided to raise his voice and tell me not to do that ever again. I'm not the type of person to make a scene and that is exactly what he did. He was rude and very unprofessional. I used petsmart for my vet, training, shopping and grooming but after today I will be finding new places for all of that. If petsmart is okay with their associates treating and talking to customers like that I would rather not be a customer.

The reason for my trip was not a happy one but the employee(s) are very nice and made it not as bad. I ended up back at the store an hour later with an exchange and the employees were helpful and very pleasant to talk to. They have a lot of live animals are this location. I saw fish, some birds, and lizards. There is also a pet hospital. 10/10 recommend

Came in for more dog food and witnessed a dog have an accident and the owner left the store expecting employees to pick up the mess--causing a delay at the checkout. Employees apologized for the wait and mentioned being overwhelmed with multiple "accidents" that day. The store was barely stocked, with multiple shelves completely empty. This was also partly due to the fact that staff was busy cleaning up accidents. In my opinion, this is not a reflection of staff; but a reflection of its customers. Guys, please pick up after your pets. Be respectful. On the bright side, this location has a banfield inside.

Had an appointment and never been here before. I guess they schedule a bunch of dogs for the same time and sit them in back till they're ready for the next dog. Staff was extremely rude with me saying I cut in front of the line of people that I watched arrive after I did. I checked in at 12:15 for a 12:30 appointment and they told me to wait outside until my groomer got there. So we sat down and when I walked back in all they could do is repeatedly accused me of cutting in front of all the people that arrived 10 and 15 minutes after I did. Needless to say I didn't have any service done. Their loss since it's not like grooming has anything to do with my dogs essential care.
