“I showed up to the minute clinic at 7:20 (5 min late) after a day of vomiting and diarrhea but the nice lady (I believe her name is Meagan) still decided to take me. “I wanted to say thank you to this CVS team! I was waiting to get a passport picture and shoplifters were trying to steal. Manager handled case really well and was able to stop the theft. I tough I was going to wait longer but she came right away provided Client Service to me and I walked out of the store in less than 10 minutes. She prioritized clients to make sure we all had a great experience. Kudos to this team that regardless of the situation smile and with kindness served me.”
“I brought in a prescription right at the end of the day (I work night shift and trying to get to places during normal business hours can be a challenge). It was for my cat who needs a daily skin treatment. They quickly got my information, and said they would be able to get it done by the next day. I received the call early in the morning and it was already done. They also made sure I was comfortable doing with the dosing and how to store the medicine properly. Very professional and a wonderful experience. And cheaper than other options for the same medication.”
