Very modern store. We bought subs and went upstairs to the seating area and had a nice lunch. Every employee had a smile and was very willing to help. Love me some Publix!!!

I usually go to another Publix, this store is a little bit closer to my house and they've have a much larger selection of products, I want to see the produce area seems to be bigger than some of the other venues, there's sandwich making station always seems to be very well staffed. They've got a large section of grab-and-go items, cooked and uncooked. Store is very clean and the staff is very friendly like any Publix I've ever been in to be honest with you. They have an incredible cheese selection, again larger than some of the other Publix I believe here in Davenport. The beer selection seems to be larger than some of the other Publix that I've been.I've also used the pharmacy at this location, there's a dude that works there in the pharmacy with long hair. A huge help very understanding, and a pleasure to deal with. He is the only one that I've dealt with in the pharmacy, so I'm not saying anything negative about the other folks there. But watching the other folks seem to be just as friendly as this gentleman and as helpful.This is now my new Publix these folks do a great job as

I was knock off my feet! The young lady I spoke did more than I expected. Her name was Mariah. Why do I remember her name? Because she impressed me. Her personal customer service skills were evident and exceptional. She helped me get exactly what I wanted.Next, when I went to checkout, Alondra made me feel comfortable with the additional steps to complete my purchase. Then, this is the good part, I was paying in cash but I was at a Self-Checkout register and I had cash. She immediately discerned my needs and personally handled, checking me and completing my purchase.That level of customer service has a foundation of training and personal professionalism. Young people don’t perform like that unless there is self- motivation inherent in themselves. Even when I was working at McDonald’s my co-workers were playing around.I think that when I come back on vacation to Orlando, I will shop at PUBLIX. Not only do you have everything I need but I know the experience will be phenomenal!

Beautiful store. Has seating upstairs. Elevator too to take you upstairs. Very spacious. Grab a meal, go upstairs and eat, surrounded by beautiful area, and rest rooms upstairs too as well. Definitely recommend.

They treat the liquor store like it's a tourist store and they're overpriced.I guess I'll just drive to Walmart and Save 12 dollars . 48 dollars for a 7.50ml of Hennessey that costs 36 coconut rum 17.99 walmart 11.99crazy

A wonderful new addition to an upcoming area, this Publix has an amazing deli/fresh food area that serves a plethora of items. The upstairs dining area is something I hope to see all new Publix locations have.

Me and my family was on vacation from Atlanta,Ga. July 16-July 24,2023. Went to Publix for a couple of items for dinner and drinks. Very clean and staff was nice. However there fruit ?? ? ? was horrible. Not sweet of any kind. Publix are known for their good hospitality and good fruit. This was not case. However overall positive experience. Please get better fruit

This is the newest Publix in the are and I love it . His deli section is amazing and the food quality is great. They even have a second floor with seating tables to enjoy your meals . Also you can find allot of variety of groceries products. I definitely recommend this Publix store.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and organized. I would've given it 5 stars but they ran out of the vegan bacon for my vegan turkey club sub.

Good clean store with lots of healthy, fresh food options. I was able to get in and out in a decent time. Really busy without the crowded feeling. And I didn't have to self check out. It was fast and friendly service too.

I placed an online order the day before pick up. After my sister arrived to pick it up, she was given a hard time by a worker. It appears that my order was given to the wrong customer and instead of the worker admitting that, he gave my sister a hard time.He attempted to act as if she was at the wrong location, even after giving him the confirmation number numerous times which included the store location. After going back and forth with the worker for a few moments, the Manager had to get involved. We were pleased with the solution offered by the Manager.As a frequent shopper of Publix, I expected better from the initial worker that she encountered.If you are presented with a confirmation code that includes your store number, don't accuse your customer of being at the wrong location.I sure hope this isn't taught in training as a part of customer service.Thankfully I'm an out of towner and don't have to frequent this location. My family travels to this area yearly, if we place an online order from this location again, I sure hope we don't encounter the same situation again!

Not a bad Publix, though they need to figure out what to do with that self-checkout situation. No one directs anything and people are lost, makes for lots of conflict.Also, if you’re of decent morals or above, I’d only recommend shopping here in the morning, probably not past 11am. After that it becomes short-term rental city and it’s a lot of sub par low intelligence folks just in their own world, as usual. They have 0 respect for anyone or anything around them, and it’s just not a good situation to be around if you have kids, just tossing that out there.

Such a pleasure to shop at Publix. Not only is the staff friendly and courteous, but the customers are as well. Shelves were well stocked. BOGO items were visibly displayed. Checkout was fast and easy.

Pricey but you can find some deals if you're careful. Their strong suit is the deli and produce section.This one was a convenient location, which was good for getting a couple of staples or last minute items.
