This office is great - very efficient check-in at a computer kiosk, clean office, and the lab technician was extremely nice. I didn't even have to wait.

Very easy to check in. The staff is very nice. And when drawing blood the technicians are very good and not hurting when placing the needle.

The waiting area is large enough to support a busy location. Parking is OK, but not enough handicap spots. Each time I go the staff is nice and my bloodwork is done without any bruising or pain. There are two check in computers. They could use another? But overall this location beats the LabCorp location that is near by.

Don't believe they take walk ins. We waited 75 minutes & was told had to schedule an appt. When checked in the machine said wait time 30 to 60 minutes. Well that was a totally wrong statement.

What a joke, was told to just walk in to drop off a sample, they'd take it immediately. Now I'm waiting for far over an hour for someone to collect my jism. Like do they want fresh jism or cold hard jism?

I hate needles and always nervous when getting blood drawn praying the Tech is experienced enough as my veins can be difficult to locate. Briana made me feel so comfortable and handled me gently when I shared with her my fear of needles. Her customer service was impeccable. Thanks Briana ?

Crystal was amazing! I’m a hard stick so I get very nervous going to do bloodwork. She was able to keep me calm and found a good vein in one shot! She is very welcoming. Thank you so much Crystal!!
