Recently just needed air in my tires due to a flat. Immediately got me in and didn't charge me anything to fill my tires. Amazing service and topped off all my other tires.

There is nothing QUICK about there service department. “Inspection” recommended services not necessary yet did not find my taillight out. Empty water refrigerator to cut costs and in-operable water cooler to fill cups or bottles, out of order water fountain forces you to buy vending. Do not recommend based on our experience.

Don't believe most of these reviews. Seems like most people don't understand that when a car needs work, they have to wait for the car to be worked on. Most people seem to forget that they're not the only ones who live on this planet. I've taken my car here numerous times for oil changes and they even fixed my motor mounts with no issues. Car is running great. Going back to get my control arms fixed and a tune up. They diagnosed my car the right way every time. Will report back with the control arms.

I'm going to say this for all Ford's because to me I have had bad service at not one but two ford dealerships in their auto lane worst customer service. I got my car towed there because my key broke in car ignition. I went there to get two new keys and a new tire. Out of my parent's knowledge I shouldn't be charge $300 for a second key. So we threw that one out of window. After two hours later I ask how much longer then they told me I should of gotten a text which I responded I didn't. When they sent it again they found a tear in another tire so they ask if I want to get another tire I gave it a go ahead hoping for two new tires. Following Saturday I was in a car accident. So we were trying to get receipts from previous people to see if we can get money. To find out that even though they charged me TWO NEW TIRES. They only put ONE new tire on my car. I took my truck into their service department for a warranty repair on my drivers mirror that was moving slower than the passenger side. After 19 days i still have not gotten my truck back, they have not had me sign any authorization paperwork, they do not call and give status updates like i have requested and when i went to pick it up today, "the repair was done but they didnt submit my warranty claims yet." They tried to charge me 1600 dollars to pick it up today. When ive called and complained during the past 19 days the managers were unwilling to do anything to help or be transparent. Every day it was "itll be done tomorrow or on monday." They dont care that i use my truck for business or that it has both of the car seats for my children in it. When i asked why i would ever buy another ford or use their service again they said thats my choice and they didnt care. Stay far away from these guys. Theyre dishonest and do not care at all about customers. Theyre ruining the ford brand name.

Five stars across the board for James Tippet in sales he is attentive and knowledgeable on all cars. We have worked with him for years and he sold us three cars since ! He's patient and understanding as well as answering all our questions and concerns! When shopping around I appreciate him and his finance team David and Gary they have gone above and beyond in getting my fiancé and I our DREAM car! I cannot stress enough this is the best location for purchasing a vehicle of your dreams! We have been to other dealerships and this one doesn't even compare. Dude why is everyone so bad at their job!!! Omg it's not hard to call a customer back when you've had their car for a week. I wanted communication on how my car is and these people can't even do that!! I'm scared to see what they did with my car. They are such a mess. Save yourself a headache and avoid this dump.

Where do I start? My Mustang sadly flooded in hurricane Ian whilst sitting on our driveway and spent nearly a month in the body shop department being repaired, they found the water had come in through the front by the windshield and underneath seals had perished, over the month it was there the communication was horrendous and Bob in the BS dept is the rudest man I have ever dealt with. He doesn't share any information and when you ask whats going on he responds with sarcasm and curtness! The insurance agreed on an amount but "miraculously" the BS kept finding different areas on my car that needed repair which amounted to another $1900 that we paid out of pocket, nevertheless we paid it with the assurance it was repaired. Fast forward to last weekends storms and yet again it flooded but much worse this time but in the same place, my car had been sitting on the drive from Friday to Monday so we know the leak was not from underneath but from clearly from the front of the car again, this time there was at least 6 inches of water on the passenger side pooled behind the seat. We immediately contacted JF who sent out a tow truck for free, this was Tuesday morning at 9am and its now Saturday, my car has been sitting outside the bodyshop full of water, no one has even assessed the damage yet and no one will return our calls. I dread to think of the unsafe and unsanitary condition my Mustang is in sitting in 6 inches of water and no one cares, they only care about selling cars, the after care does not exist!They have however provided me with a rental free of charge, when we collected this on Tuesday morning Bob was in the reception and proceeded to roll his eyes and make a very loud sarcastic comment stating - "this will be nothing to do with the old repair, it will be a new leak" how he can make this comment with not even seeing the car just shows its a money making scam. Buyers beware they cannot be trusted!We have spoken with Mr Gordon (the owner) who listened to our serious complaint and showed empathy to our ongoing situation and promised to communicate with us on his return from running the Boston marathon last week, Thursday at the latest - we are still awaiting his call.
