Horrible place and cashier i found a pair of Vans for $16.99 and the same pair in a different size ,but same exact shoe the lady at the register was like I cant give it to you for the same price because one is a few months old and the pair I was buying just came in. If its the same shoe you are suppose to honor it the same exact shoe.

Typical Ross but this one is special. They would not permit me to take a used cloth tape measure outside to measure and match my luggage. They lost a $100 plus sale for a 10 cent tape measure. The employees should be proud.

Joey is the friendliest greeter and asset protection service provider I've ever experienced. His bubbly additude and pleasant greeting is priceless. He serves everone with utmost respect. I even saw him treating someone who appeared homeless with the same respect and loving vibes.

When I was called to counter 4, the cashier even before she was finishing with our shopping goods. We did not receive the receipt before.She already started charging the next customer.Bad customer service be where.

Took a star away cause if you want to make a return you have to wait in the regular line with everyone else. I've been to some with separate line for returns so idk why they don't. Not gonna wait in a 30+ minute line to return 2 items. That's ridiculous.
