I had a very disappointing experience at this Spectrum store. The staff showed little concern for customer service. There were four service booths available, but only three employees working, and even then they took an excessive amount of time assisting customers. This caused long waits and frustration. Overall, it felt like customers’ time was not valued at all.

I want to say Thank you to Joe (Joseph ) for taking the time to help me with my phone setup . His customer service is excellent and very professional. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and made sure all my devices were setup before I left the store. I honestly wish I could give him more than 5 star rating. The store is well kept very clean.

They are very slow , it takes for everyone to get someone to help you , the lady is working there takes almost an hour with each client, unprofessional employees

Why are you guys using other customers account information for unauthorized users. I’m am getting charged for a purchase that I did not make. I have been trying to get in touch but keep getting the run around. This issue needs to get resolved ASAP!

I was assisted by Brandon for the second time today and let me just say he is the best! He was so friendly, patient and extremely helpful! He went over and beyond and I appreciate him very much! Brandon is a fantastic asset to this company. Also had a great experience with the store manager Joe. He was very knowledgeable and eager to help with my situation. I left the spectrum store today very satisfied with the help I received from these gentlemen! Thank you!

Let me just say that Cristina is the best! Great customer service. I had to upgrade 3 lines and I had A LOT of questions. She never got irritated and was very patient with us! Kudos to her and the store!!!!

Came in to swap a DVR Cable Box and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The guy who helped me (I forgot his name) was friendly.

Yesterday I went into spectrum at posner and had the pleasure of working with some great guys . They had such patience and were so wonderful to talk too . Thank you Sonny and Willy for hanging in with me and my son while we did the phone transfer. Truly great guys

called spectrum last night to set up wifi in my new apt and they told me i had to go in person to pick up the wifi box if i didn’t want to wait for shipping. i’m in lake wales and apparently davenport was the closest store to me. came straight after work and there is ONE person working in the store and a line of 7 people waiting to be helped. when you walk in no one greets you or instructs you on how to join the queue. i stood there for about 8 minutes before a CUSTOMER told me i should probably add my name to the virtual waitlist. at that point i had wasted time waiting while other people were walking in and joining the line
