Poor customer service! Won’t step away from their station to help a customer find something. Went up to them 4 times and had to actually ask for someone to walk with me to help me find what I was looking for. Please do better.

I experienced a Computer Hard Drive CRASH. I brought my Computer to Staples of Davenport, Florida and Chris and Louis helped me. They were great to work with and once again I was very happy with my visit to Staples.

I want to give a shout out to the young woman named Jess who helped me in the printing section. She helped an old guy meaning me who isn't the most tech friendly. Jess was friendly and cordial and is a credit to Staples. Give here a raise. Two big thumbs up to Jess and Staples in Posner Park.

I came to FL visiting on vacation. Prior to returning home, I wanted to mail some of my things back home instead of hauling it through the airport with my kids. I came in and Nori was so helpful and friendly. She went the extra mile assisting me with getting everything handled. Unfortunately, good customer service is hard to come by these days — so it was truly a refreshing experience.

First time and last time visiting Staples. Came in for an Amazon Return at 5:30pm. Since I dont know where to go, I ask the young man with very short hair operating self checkout, and instead of explaining to me politely, he just points the direction with his mouth. I first didnt let this affect me, as I also worked for retail for years while I finished my PhD, and I understand people have their personal problems, or maybe they are not having a good day. I finally did my Amazon Return. The employee lady that helped me at the counter was super sweet. Now the problem is that as I am heading out, there is another customer walking in front of me, which then the self checkoit employee proceeds to say the usual (bye, have a nice day) to that customer. However, when it is my turn to pass by him to exit, he says nothing but stare at me. Tbh, I wouldn’t have cared if the employee didnt directed me to the counter, as it was small inconvenience that led me to believe that he didnt mean to be rude. But when you are treated with rudeness twice, thats where I take action and provide this feedback. Managememt should be more observant during employee-customer interactions.

This Staples is in a great location but has terrible customer service. They have the least helpful staff I've ever experienced in customer service anywhere. The so-called "printing expert" behind the counter, JESS, refused to help my elderly mom print a paper and kept telling her to go use the self-service machine, which she clearly didn't know how to use. My mother asked for help and she refused. What kind of customer service is that? My mother ended up having ANOTHER CUSTOMER help her print her paper. The manager, LUIS, should be embarrassed to have such a useless staff. I called to speak to him while my mom there was still there and he was just as useless. I used to go to the store for everything but it's really gone completely down the drain. They only care about their sales and meeting quotas, Customers mean nothing to them.

They are not helpful the girl in the printing area has an attitude and the other guy completely ignored us very unprofessional wasted my money on the printing machine to get copies that didn’t turn out the way they were supposed to a total waste of time

The customer service in this store is super bad, every day the service declines more. All the jobs they want to do for the next day I went to laminate a sheet that doesn't take more than 2 minutes to do and they tell me that I have to leave it for the next day. I really don't understand why people don't want to work.

An hour and a half in this place, 5 employees, none of them want to help you with impressions. The machines are useless. They look at you and hate you!!! How sad and frustrating it feels to come to a place like this. It's not the first time. The truth is, the women in this place have no courtesy or customer service training!
