Mani went above and beyond in assisting us. He was incredibly informative, demonstrating expertise in his field as he installed, tested, and provided valuable advice on extending our service beyond the initial month. His professionalism and dedication to ensuring our satisfaction were truly commendable.Moreover, Mani took the time to explain the intricacies of our current SIM card and its automatic restoration to our Canadian provider should our T-Mobile account expire. This level of attention to detail and customer care is rare and greatly appreciated.We are thoroughly pleased with Mani's service and believe he exemplifies the highest standards of customer service. I dreaded buying my my 10 year old a new phone because I dislike going to cellular Stores, but this was by far the best sales experience lol Marlin/Terell (insider)? the store manager was great while waiting for activation the entire TMobile team had great conversations and customer service. I suggest if your in the Champion area stop at that Tmobile

Absolutely stellar customer service. Upgraded with Mani I believe his name was and He was so kind and helpful. Clarissa was also in the store and was so helpful to others who came in. Had a phone issue later that day and had to go to another store closer to my job (Margaritaville, Kissimmee) and the service was GARBAGE so unhelpful and rude. Will NEVER go back to that location. Went back the next day to the Davenport store and Terrell was Soo helpful and patient. It was pretty busy at one point and he handled it so smootly. He really took the time to troubleshoot the problem cause I was pretty much looking at a bricked phone but almost 2.5 hours later I was walking out with a fully functioning phone. Could not say good enough things about this store. I rarely need to visit in store but their customer service almost makes me want to go in store just to pay my bill? Thank you Davenport team!!

Aug 2023 my partner left Verizon and joined my (mom's) T-Mobile family plan. The person who helped us was Steven. He said that my partners Verizon MOTOROLA phone was eligible for the keep and switch promotion where T-Mobile would pay up to $800 on your phone to buy out the other provide. We did our business, rang out, and left. A week or so later we never heard about the visa gift card we were supposed to receive. The store turned around and said "oh you're not eligible for that". We expressed multiple times we would not have switched if they wouldn't pay off the phone ($740). We couldn't afford 2 phone bills and equipment. The manager at the time, Joel, was never around and Clarissa (still employed there) wrote a note saying they would manually credit us and we'd get evened out. She gave us one $100 credit on our September bill, wrote it down for her store, and said it would be taken care of. Fast forward to November and December, NOTHING. The manager is never there. Joel? Not employed anymore. The current store manager? NEVER CALLS US BACK. We have gone in multiple times to try and get this resolved. NOTHING. Customer service won't help because we're "ineligible", but we were sold a phone on false information. Customer service keeps saying the store has to fix it. The store keeps saying they need to get approval from corporate. No one is helping. I called today to try and talk to the manager, Steven answered the phone and said they would call me back. Before I could even leave a call back number he hung up on me. No thanks, no bye, no explanation, nothing. Just click. I called back seconds later saying I was hung up on and he just said "oh your number is on the caller ID". Its incredibly rude to not at least explain to someone why you're not asking for simple information that I, a person NOT in their store, would know.Long story short. Clarissa is fine. She tried to help us a bit. Steven? Told us the wrong information. Joel? Who knows. The current manager? MIA. I do not recommend this store. I will go to a different location in the future, assuming my mom even keeps this family plan after this whole fiasco.

Deceptive Promotion and Poor Customer Service Experience at T-Mobile Store #693DI am writing this review to share my disappointing experience at T-Mobile Store #693D. On June 6, 2023, I visited the store to activate 10 phone lines, attracted by a promotion promising no activation fees under a corporate contract. However, upon cancellation on July 7, I discovered the lines were suspended, and I owed $445.00. The agent, Steve Lachmanen, misled me with false advertising for his own commission. Despite visiting the store twice, the issue remains unresolved. I urge T-Mobile to address this fraudulent promotion and remove the debt associated with my name. Disappointed with the lack of integrity and customer service.

Currently filling out an FCC complaint because T-mobile is currently charging me for a phone that was supposed to be free and they refuse to fix the issue once the contract is signed...This T-mobile location is great for getting you to upgrade, but once you pay up their customer service plummets. Do not recommend. Be on the lookout for what you buy and don't fall for any "too good to be true offers"!

Casually walking in the store with my two girls we were immediately greeted by Francine and Terrell. No pressure at all and both were full of knowledge. With their knowledgeable and kindness we able to upgrade a phone and add a new line. I cannot express how easy this transition was. We felt welcomed although I’ve been with sprint now t mobile for 22 years I can honestly say I’ve not received superb customer service such as I have with T-Mobile today. You have a forever customer in me. Thank you.

Unbelievable the T mobile representative Jesus just took care of my issue outside of the office right on the sidewalk. He said as per management orientation they can't people enter in to the store, really?

Wow what an experience, I was having the worse luck ever for three weeks trying to get a situation handled and the manager jazmin and Arriana went about and beyond to find a solution , I would highly recommend this team to handle your account ! Also kevin and hank were hilarious .
