Didn't have half the things I needed and I usually shop there alot. Most of the shelves were almost empty. And wasn't happy with the check out girl didn't say hi or did you find everything you needed and not even a ty so I'm done shopping there I did because it was close to home but no more .

I love my Target store at Northeast Polk County. I can’t wait till the new one is built closer to Haines City. I love the variety of options that they offer and I always get sucked into the dollar section when you first walk in target is like a trip to an amusement park if you don’t have one nearby, you find all the things you didn’t know you needed.

I swear these people working here are always the rudest people.... had me waiting outside 30 min for a pickup to then tell me they are doing pickup outside... and this dude couldn't have been more rude

Yesterday, I had an incredible experience at the store, starting with the attention I received from the first employee I interacted with, Jorge. I was feeling a bit overwhelmed about choosing my Oura Ring Gen 4—I had a lot of questions, and Jorge kindly approached me when he noticed my uncertainty. He answered all of my questions with patience and clarity.
Beyond that, he took the time to explain many features and benefits of the Target app that I wasn’t even aware of. I was there with my mother, who also had questions about another item. She’s 60 years old and doesn’t speak English very well, but this wasn’t an obstacle for Jorge, who speaks both English and Spanish. He was able to assist both of us with great care and professionalism.
Jorge was not only kind and approachable but also extremely knowledgeable about the products and store benefits—his guidance convinced me to buy the Oura Ring right then and there. However, when he scanned my rewards barcode, there seemed to be an issue with the app not reading it correctly. He suggested I visit the customer service area for further help.
There, I was assisted first by Islam, a very courteous young man who patiently listened to my situation and worked to find the best solution so I wouldn’t lose my points and rewards for the purchase. In his efforts to resolve the issue efficiently, he consulted with his colleague Ajala, who was incredibly dedicated in helping verify what could be done, as the system wasn’t allowing them to apply my rewards.
Despite the store being busy at the time, they both took the time to assist me thoroughly. They never made me feel like my issue was a burden or insignificant—instead, they made me feel valued and important. In the end, they helped me recover my rewards and explained the process with technical knowledge and care.
I truly believe all stores should have employees like Jorge, Islam, and Ajala—bilingual, knowledgeable, attentive, kind, and technically skilled not only in store systems but also in product knowledge. They made my customer experience extraordinary.
I originally went to the store just to buy milk—but I ended up buying an Oura Ring, and I left feeling extremely satisfied with both the attention I received and the resolution of my issue. Thank you, Target, for having such qualified and outstanding employees.

I'm personally so sick of the messiness this store has. It's so annoying to have to come to a store, only for it to be this messy. For the people who made the mess, you know who you are. CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF!!! Corporate, you need to come down here and fix this. Now!!

I’m extremely disappointed with Target! I was supposed to receive a replacement sofa, but they requested a refund—and now they’ve denied that refund. I have lost $1,500 and Target is doing nothing. I was a loyal customer and now I feel let down.

**Worst Experience Ever at Target Posner Park**
I had the most appalling experience at the Target in Posner Park. From the moment I walked in, things went downhill. First off, I encountered **Brian**, who was not only unprofessional but also completely disrespectful. His attitude was condescending, and he acted as though he didn’t care about helping customers. To make things worse, **Brian** was openly racist. I overheard him making derogatory comments that were both shocking and offensive. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially from someone in customer service.
Then there’s **Dennis** – I’m honestly unsure how he still has a job. The man was clearly intoxicated, stumbling around and unable to perform even the simplest tasks. I’ve never seen anything so unprofessional in a store. It felt like a scene from a nightmare.
I will never be returning to this Target. The lack of professionalism, the offensive behavior, and the general disrespect make it clear that this location is not a place where anyone should feel welcome or comfortable shopping. Target needs to seriously reevaluate who they’re hiring, because this experience was Beyond disappointing

These aisles are so tight and narrow you can’t have 2 people with 2 carts in an aisle. Really difficult to move around and browse. Please move stuff around and expand these aisles and take into consideration the size of shopping carts.
