“I really enjoy going to this smoke shop. The lady at the register is awesome...Ruby, she even gives great prices and today they didn't have what I wanted so she called someone to bring it in for me. That's customer service and for everyone saying anything bad about her you obviously haven't gotten to know her. Maybe look inside yourself and make sure it's not your attitude that's the problem ?”
