We had a great experience at this store! I wish I can give a 10 star review!
My husband and I had to ship a very expensive piece of equipment to another state. Patrick and Jhaden, literally spent well over an hour with us (while still assisting others) to help us ship our package, that would have been extremely costly due to the way it needed to be packaged.
They went WAY above and beyond measuring and working with us in trying to come up with the best solution to ship our package in order to save us as much money as possible, without compromising the integrity of the package. Patrick was very honest in how he felt comfortable or uncomfortable in the way he needed to package it to make sure it got to its destination in tact.
Thank you Jhaden and Patrick for everything! We are extremely grateful for your help and dedication to amazing customer service!

It was truly remarkable how well Ben, the general manager of the Davenport store at 109 Ambersweet Way, handled things. His excellent customer service skills were quite impressive.

Well run store. Ben is running a great ship there. Not only is he professional and efficient, he is very friendly. Only complaint is that scans are a bit too pricy, but i know that has nothing to do with the store, probably a corporate thing.

The customer service at this UPS store is top-notch! I’ve used their notary services multiple times and every notary is knowledgeable and patient. The Manager Ron and staff always above and beyond to help, whether I’m shipping a package or getting documents notarized. I highly recommend this location for their professionalism and genuine care for their customers. !!!
