Everytime I go into this UPS store, I feel so welcome, and the associates always go above and beyond to assist me with whatever task I need assistance with. When it comes to printing, faxing or copying from my emails to their system they have the BEST around this area.One time, I drove 15 extra miles just to get to this particular store. After stopping by 2 other UPS stores in the area and not getting my emailed documents printed and/or copied, I was very upset!! Not only did no one assist me at either store, they did not listen to what I had to say, they immediately shrugged me off.As a senior, who gets confused about using technical stuff such as a computer and/or cell phones, this store makes my tasks so simple, easy and quick to get it done!!!Thank you so much for always helping me out!! You guys Rock!!

I have been coming there for my business needs and as a small business owner for 2 years. It is refreshing to know you can have a company that can satisfy the details of what you need. No other UPS STORE CAN MEASURE UP!!! Truly amazing, Tim, Ben, Jhaden and the whole crew! There is none to match their professionalism, expertise and care for excellence in custom service!!!
