Find another UPS store. Been doing business at this UPS store for a decade and paying the bills. Now, I find out that I am NOT the primary on my account after a DECADE. So, I can't make any changes because they made someone else the primary WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE
Since the new owners bought this store it has gone to hell. Find another place for services. There is another UPS store on 17-92. Try that one. They don't even answer their phones since the new ownership.
What a dysfunctional business to CHANGE who the primary on the account is to someone NOT PAYING THE BILL
You did not strive to protect my mailbox. You transferred it to someone else WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE

The Store Manager Travis was extremely helpful with the situation I was dealing with. He was friendly, professional, and quick with resolving my issue. Couldn’t have asked for better service, and the rest of the store associates were friendly as well. Highly recommend!

It’s disappointing that this is the closest UPS store next to me and I paid this much for them to print my label and an envelope. What’s funny is, the envelope cost less than a printed label which is insane.
I purchase from Amazon a lot and have visited many UPS stores. This one by far is pushing the limit with pricing. I’ve never had to pay more than a maximum of $2 to have an associate print a label for me.

Do NOT GO HERE! Find another UPS store there prices are very inflated compared to others. They are taking advantage of their customers. To print anything here it will cost you $5.99!!! Compared to other UPS stores and stables will cost you around a $1 and some change.
They say it’s a cause UPS is a franchise, do yourself a favor and do not support this location.

This place has become such a pain ever since the new owner took over. The employees are rude and lazy. They will stand there and act like they don’t see you in order to not work. NOW they charge you for everything. Today they told me they couldn’t take my package because the box wasn’t taped up, I have never in my life needed to tape up my own box for an Amazon return at any UPS, including Texas, where I used to live. If you can go to another UPS highly recommend because I am. Disappointing as I’ve been coming here for 10 Plus years.

Every time I come here im treat it like family and I love travis,he is amazing and kind,really no exaggeration, family treatment is in the air here,great and fast service and the most kind staff guaranteed, the young Spanish gentleman is amazing 👏 and Travis is exceptional, always above and beyond for the customers, im in debt for their kindness and also im very loyal to this location,im about to rent a mailbox here.
