Worst post office. Both times I’ve gone to pick up mail that’s says ready for pick up they tell me to get lost and just wait. It was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago. Still sitting in there stupid office. Tell me to just wait it’ll get sent.

2 different cards going to 2 different addresses left this post office at the same time opened, and the money was stolen out of both cards. The same packing tape was used to tape them back closed as well.

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Poor USPS Service in Davenport, FL
To Whom It May Concern,
This is a formal complaint regarding the poor level of service being provided by your post offices in Davenport, FL. 33837
A package accepted in Davenport on July 2nd has had no updates as of today, July 11th. This lack of tracking or communication is unacceptable. This is the fourth package that has gone missing since April 2025.
I would like to believe that your associates are not stealing or intentionally misplacing packages, but the ongoing pattern raises serious concerns.
USPS service is negatively impacting our business, and it appears that no one is taking responsibility. This level of service is unacceptable.

Went to discuss a drop off issue with the branch manger on duty today. She was very helpful and polite. I wish I had caught her name to recognize her on this post. I dont know how other locations operate, but she is an example of great customer service. Thank you for your time!

I am so upset with our delivery service. Masters Grad photos in an envelope labeled “Photos-Do Not Bend” are delivered BENT! There goes $116 bucks down the drain.

Overall it's not a bad Post Office. But recently they have been closed due to internet issues. People rely on it being open if there was a way to drop packages off with prepaid stamps on it would be great.

Never answer the phone, their systems tend to be down 1-2x a week and can't accept packages (they even send their workers home!), and they always skip mail deliveries and package pickup requests (but always mark them as complete so it looks like they are on track) which they are NOT!

Drove all the way over here to mail something important and they were closed because their computers were down. They could have at least updated their hours so people would know.

The letters do not arrive on time, I have reported in the application that I have correspondence that arrives and the postman never passes by the urbanization, they arrive super late, we receive important daily correspondence and they are always late
