From the moment we walked in, the environment was so welcoming! We were offered complimentary drinks and snacks, which was such a nice touch. Helen was extremely professional and truly went above and beyond for me and my sister. We came in around 6pm (an hour before closing) and even though she was working alone, she still took her time with us and finished at 8:30pm without rushing. She did an amazing job—our nails came out beautiful! The prices are also very reasonable; my full set was only $85 and worth every single dollar. We’ll definitely be back, and I’ll be sharing the photos so you can see her amazing work!

I went to Helen and she did my nails and she took a very good time with them and exactly how I wanted them. She did it very clean very pristine definitely coming back.

This was my first time and it won’t be my last. The atmosphere was so welcoming and inviting when I first walked through the doors. Everyone was so pleasant and friendly and they did an awesome job on my hands and feet’s and also my husband he was very pleased so I will be back the next time. I’m here in the area. Thank you all for a job. Well done.

Helen is absolutely amazing! She takes SO much pride in her work, and makes sure the other nail techs do too! Her attention to detail is incredible! I will definitely be back when I come to visit my daughter!

I found my nail spot, this little gem is amazing. It’s not really busy like most nail places around the area. I would definitely recommend and Helen is the best acrylics.

I’m so grateful to have found my new favorite spot! The owner, Helen, does THE BEST acrylics I’ve ever had in my life. Seriously.. I’m very picky, and the first time I came here I had short bitten nails. I usually get lifting after a week or 2 because of how short my nails are underneath, but not here. In fact, I can now go 3+ weeks between fills with no issues at all. She is magical!! She takes her time and truly cares. They always come out beautiful. Thank you Diva Nails ❤️❤️❤️

This was my first time at this salon. I had an appointment booked for a pedicure and full set. When my mother and I sat down for our pedicures Helen left us there and started working on another person's nails, who was a walk-in after me. I explained to Helen that I had a doctor appointment afterwards and if she did not have time to do my appointment, I could cancel. Helen said no, she could do it. Helen was rushing so much that I wasn't given an option for which pedicure I wanted and she hurt me several times. The gentleman doing my mother's pedicure cut her toe very badly. I had already informed him she is on a blood thinner. Needless to say, she was bleeding a bit and I needed to hold pressure to stop the bleeding. During this time Helen is raising her voice at me to sit down so she can finish my pedicure. While having my full set done, it was quite clear Helen was agitated.She yelled at me several times during my service. To say my nails are horrendous is an understatement! I only have 4 out of 10 nails that are straight, all others are very crooked. Unfortunately, I could not say anything to Helen about it because I was really tired of being yelled at by her. The best part is I was charged $115 for just my pedicure and crooked nails. Worst salon EVER!

Helen usually does my nails, because my nails can be difficult and she does an amazing job, They always look beautiful and last for at least 3 weeks, I always do the gel nails and the cat eye gel is really cool. I constantly get compliments on how nice they look. I highly recommend this salon. I started doing pedicures and they do a wonderful job. It is so relaxing and that is saying alot because I'm super ticklish.

i previously had a good review on here, i have been going for a while, never had issues until now. i had the absolute worst experience ever. i went in for a fill, for some reason the first technician (i don’t know her name) took two and a half hours just to do the fill, i was understanding though and patient. i also told her i wanted her to file my natural nails down because they were separating from the acrylic and i didn’t want bacteria to get in there, she said she would put acrylic on the inner tips and i wasn’t thinking at the time how unsafe that is. she put SO much acrylic under my nail that there’s a lip over my skin, it’s ON my skin on many nails. with that alone, i have to go somewhere else to get them fixed but there’s much more to this nightmare. she started painting and i simply wanted a pink and purple ombré. when i tell you they looked absolutely terrible 😭 like.. so so bad. and i felt bad because the first technician was really nice (that’s the only good thing i have to say) she tried a couple more times and it just kept looking worse so she handed me off to helen.. helen has done my nails multiple times and did a good job so i was relieved but then helen starts aggressively filing my nails, basically yelling at me that she can’t do A SIMPLE OMBRÉ. then still tries to do it? she nicked my skin so many times and didn’t even apologize, i have cuts on multiple cuticles. and now developing rashes from the acrylic on my skin. my nails are like 2 cm THICK. when she was done, we were at the five hour mark. they still looked bad but i was so exhausted from the experience i said whatever it’s fine. i went to pay and they charged me full price. 100% doing a chargeback because i tried to contact the salon and they wont reply. i’m traumatized from this experience and now i have to spend a whole lot more money to attempt to get this fixed.
helen, you run a spa, stop treating your customers (and apparently your employees) like trash. we are human beings. good customer service would be you being understanding and apologizing, not acting like i’m being picky when my nails initially looked like a child did them.
also, i am a non confrontational person, i was super nice until helen started raising her voice at me, that’s when i also started raising mine. i’m not about to let someone i’m PAYING FOR A SERVICE treat me like that.
