WILL I NEVER WILL HAVE A ACCOUNT WITH WELLS FARGO AGAIN THEY HAVE CLOSED MY ACCOUNTS WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION WHAT GIVES THEM THE RIGHT TO CLOSE A CUSTOMERS ACCOUNT WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION FROM THE CUSTOMER BECAUSE OF THEM CLOSING MY ACCOUNTS THEY HAVE MISSED UP GETTING MY TAX RETURN I AM GLAD I AM GETTING AWAY FROM THEM.

Giselle helped me very kindly and patient with all our questions. I always encounter friendly service at this branch.
Update: I also want to acknowledge Nyra who assisted me on another occasion. She helped me at the branch and also referred a question I had about investments to someone outside the office branch who actually followed thru and contacted me in return.

I had an appointment,and due to traffic i was 8 minutes late,so instead of calling me and asking if i going to come,they just skipped me and said that there is nothing they can do about it.Now,when i talked to their manager,he raised his voice on me,and started to shout,so hole room of people listen to this.Horrible experience!!!!!

receives a rare one from well fargo, the person did not know about the card number. I called back to give a security alert and the person got upset for giving the alert. Who looks after the money we work for?

Wow I should have checked the reviews before coming here. I set an appointment for a notary. The lady made me wait, even though I came on time . She then had me sign the documents only to tell me that she cant notarize it so basically wasted my time, my paper and my energy and gas driving over here . Even tho the Kissimmee branch notarized the same exact papers with no issues .she had me to sign the documents then told me to go somewhere else, but how can I go somewhere else if I have to sign in front of a notary. Why make me sign it if you’re not going to notarize itIt’s obvious she’s not really doing her jobGiselle was her name . When I asked for a supervisor the teller clearly sitting there made me wait just to ask for a supervisor. I will never come here again
