Customer service not their expertise starting from the teller all the way through their management, go to your nearest well fargo branch and avoid this branch at all cost. As professionalism they need training asap.

In this branch they have very little desire to work. The branch was completely empty and to do something very simple that in other banks like 20' they made me wait 1 hour. Finally I left because they still had no clients but they wanted me to continue waiting 20 minutes to see if the client scheduled for 20 minutes would arrive. They could train Wanda to help with some procedures since her attention is very deplorable.

I have never received such bad attention in the United States. Few staff, staff without desire to work or help. Manager disappears and hides instead of helping customers. I really hope they solve their customer service problems or close the branch. A lack of respect and waste of time.

I use to bank here about a week ago l. I banked with Wells Fargo for 15 years. I was kicked out of the bank for asking the bank manager to deposit my check. The bank manager was sitting at a desk I asked for service on my account. The bank manager ignored my request pointed to bank teller even after I had explained I needed the manager’s help. The manager was not assisting any costumers. I had to wait in line for a bank teller looks at the check says She needs to get approval from the bank manager. The same person I asked for help now is looking at me angrily. I state I would like to deposit my check into my checking account. I said I understand that it takes 7 to 10 days for certain checks to clear.The manager starts asking me questions in front of everyone about why am I getting this check. I stated work related. Then the manager starts asking me a ton of questions about my check. The manager asked where I worked? How did I get the check? Why did I get the check? How do I know the person who wrote the check ect? It was getting very personal in front of everyone in the bank. I said this wasn’t any of her business let’s wait the 7 to 10 days for the deposit. I was made to sit for an hour by the bank teller s office demanding that I contact the people who wrote the check. My lawyer was on the phone during my bank visit. I was handed back my check and was told it didn’t clear so we can’t cash the check. I told the manager I don’t need it cashed I need it deposited in my account. I was told to leave as the manager was trying to get walk me out the bank. I asked why I was told that it didn’t clear and then won’t tell her about how I got the check. I replied again. I said that is none of your business the policy is 7 to 10 days on a deposit. The manager said that she had the right not to do any banking with her. You don’t look like a person that we would do banking with not your demographic. I said that sounds racist I said fine close my accounts. The manager rolled her eyes made sit in another office with a different bank manager closed my accounts.I contacted corporate. I gave a light summary about what happened I wanted an explanation and investigation. A few days later according the investigation Wells Fargo said that they closed the case and my accounts. I’m being blamed for not getting the bank information from the staff while I’m being forced out of the bank.The next day I went to a brand new bank. I was able to deposit my check and received the money within 3 days. Due to the letter I received from Wells Fargo my lawyers and I did our own investigation. You will be hearing from us soon.

I’m new to the area and just walked in to open an account at this location. The bank is Completely Empty and the teller (Martha) tells me I Have To Make An Appointment. Online.Refused to check the banker’s schedule to see if there’s an opening for today since I don’t mind waiting, “she doesn’t have access to their schedule”. She just gave me that “you can go elsewhere “ attitude and pointed me to another branch down the road. All her answers were negative with no hope at all I could be helped.Don’t waste your time with this place. ??♀️

Horrible EXPERIENCE EVER!!Don’t come to this bank.That’s why I closed my accounts business and personalVery rude staff, disrespectful, does not have knowledge.Marta teller very very bad mood, she does know how to performance her jobs, it’s not first time I really tired of this situation.Don’t come only this I can recommend.

Apparently I'm not the only one faced with rude and unprofessional service. The Branch Manager can't deescalate a wrongful situation nor work out a resolution with a customer.

Trust the reviews that say bad inside lobby help. The lady even admitted my name change would be easy to do, I had all my paperwork, but she couldn’t help me. I came from PA where there are no Wells Fargo physical locations and tried to do this while on vacation. All I needed was 5 minutes of her time, but no.
