THE SURRONDING AREA IS GETTING OVERBUILT..THE WILDLIFE IS BEING PUSHED OUT OR INTO PLACES THEY NEVER WENT BEFORE AND THE LOT FEES KEEP GOING UP AND UP

Good all around 55+ community, could use a few more social events, re: euchre, bid euchre, pot luck dinners, ice cream social, soup and sandwich day for charity. People are nice and grounds well kept.
