I got referred to A-1 body and paint from insurance company after an accident I had. Had a horrible experience with them in regards to my car took weeks longer than expected, stains in my interior, interior had all the dust and shavings from sanding the outside where in the inside when I went to pick it up. When the owner came out and seen it, he made it seem like no big deal and will clean it. They did how ever it took 2 more days to clean and pick up and the clean job was not the best. My issue with the inside is there no damage to the inside, so there is no reason for the inside to look like that. It looks like they had all for doors open while sanding. I was finding dust from them for roughly a half year later lol ridiculous. Fast forward 4 years till now and the paint they used is pealing and coming off on the bumper and panel is bubbling. Recommend you go somewhere else and have it done correctly.

The at-fault party's insurance company sent me to A1 to get a repair estimate on my car. The receptionist was friendly and expeditious. The owner, Dennis, also answered a few questions I had and gave me no reason to solicit the repair work anywhere else. Throughout the process, Dennis personally kept me updated and heard my various concerns. In our conversations, I had mentioned some minor and some moderate issues I had with the interior of the car that had absolutely nothing to do with the exterior repair work. To my surprise, Dennis and his staff went WAY beyond just repairing the exterior damage my car. They actually repaired those interior issues as well. There was zero reason for them to do that other than Dennis and staff are just rare, good people. Thank you Dennis! Your hard work and customer service should be commended.

After a car accident , the insurance company referred me to this body shop for an estimate. I had my car repaired at this shop , they did a great job . They answered my questions all the time when I called , to check the status of my Car . They kept me updated and contacted me right away when it was ready . I am very satisfied .Service: Painting

They told my insurance company it’s going to cost over $9000 to fix my car after it was flooded. Got a second opinion from Firestone Complete Auto Care. They repaired it for $889. This garage shouldn’t have a contract with any insurance company.

I don’t normally write reviews, BUT I had to give this shop some recognition. The young lady who takes the calls was always very patient when I called to inquire for updates (due to a limitation on certain parts needed for my vehicle). She explained why and ensured she would remain in contact with me.Professional and courteous all throughout.The gentleman who took photos for insurance purposes and completed the quote were completed at a rapid pace.My car looked great when I picked it up and they were kind enough to wait for us to arrive, even after 4 PM.Thanks again!

Made an appointment, showed up, waited Dennis sent others to quote, I called back 3 times to get the quote emailed to me... Why??? ...Well who cates Someone else will now get my money. I'm left with Hard feelings for wasting my time.
