Advanced Auto To The Rescue!!! ... I went to this advanced auto location in Davie with my daughter a few weeks ago when we needed a back tail light replaced A.S.A.P! We we're on our way to an appointment for her to get her driver's license when we noticed the back tail light was out. 😳 The DMV won't let you take the test unless your car is in perfect working order, so this was a little emergency!. I ran inside Advanced Auto and explained to the workers what our dilemma was and that we only had one hour to get to the appointment. Two male employees rushed outside to take a look at the taillight and immediately started taking the tail light off, while the lady behind the counter looked up the correct light bulb. They were fast. These two gentle man I believe one was named Mike, got that tail light off and replaced and all put back together in less then 15 minutes!!. We made it to the appointment on time and YES my daughter passed the test! So a BIG Thank You!!! To the employees at this location for their excellent customer service. My daughter knows we're to go now for all her auto parts needs. Thanks again! You guys are the best!

literally went there to get my windshield wipers replaced and all 5 guys that were working there said they didn’t know how to replace a windshield wiper. LMFAOOOO i’ve seen turkey sandwiches more useful

The guys at Advanced Auto Parts on Orange Drive are simply the best the guys are always kind courteous friendly and professional I wouldn't go to any other store Mike the manager is top-notch.

Awesome.He was so good and help me out. I needed to check my battery, alternator and start. It was so easy! I didn't get his name but it was around 2:30 today.

I went to get bulbs for my van, also the young man there checked to see why my check engine light stayed on. Suggested it may be the gas cap, YouTube posters also, said this was the first thing to check. I was not charged for this service. Every time that I shop there, I am greeted and helped in a very timely manner.

There was a gentleman today that went above and beyond. I believe his name is, Joseph. He really embodies what Customer Service really is. Helping people in need even when it doesn’t benefit them in any way. I will definitely recommend this advanced auto parts to my friends. I called the location to speak with the manager, and I also gave him a compliment about Joseph.

I want to thank Mike, the Manager, at 8401 Orange Dr., for how he trains his staff. Joseph, one of Mike’s employees, was so helpful with my battery issue. He educated us on potential problems and was so kind. Great customer service at this location! Mike and his team are representing the company well. Service was 3/23/2024.
