The customer service is horrifying.The woman at the reception desk it is extremely rude and unkind, and made me feel very uncomfortable.. I asked her to give me the total for my services.
And she did not want to give me the total I asked her two times finally.I asked her again and she was upset because she had fo add amd do her job. I'm really considering now canceling my membership.Just because of the experience of the customer service and the lack of appreciation for customers

So upset that I have to write this review because I JUST gave a good review about liking my lashes. I came in today to get a full set for a super important weekend. I tested out Dhalia two months before this event to make sure I was happy and there would be no issues. I loved my lashes and came back to get the exact same full set and told her not to change ANYTHING. I asked if she wanted to see a picture of the lashes to make sure and she said “no don’t worry I remember” I trusted her and when the lashes are done they are cute they are just not what a I wanted nor what I paid $300 for. I express my concern and she tells me that they ran out of the lashes that I wanted. After the appointment is already over and it’s time to pay. She starts trying to gaslight me into believing it’s the same exact set when it’s clearly not. I held a picture up of the old lashes to my face and ask if I’m crazy for thinking they’re different. And this girl straight up tells me “yes you’re crazy”. After you just admitted that you ran out of those lashes? Now I’m crazy? Make it make sense It’s an extremely important event in my life and I’m stuck looking at my face and unhappy with the shape this is giving my eyes. I feel like I’m wearing straight strip lashes . ALL TO SAY. Unless u already have someone u swear by here. I wouldn’t give it a shot. You CANNOT tell me that the set on the left is the same as the one on the right it’s simply not and they were taken from the same exact angle because she also tried telling me that it was the angle?? Girl I don’t know about that 😃

Did a very nice job but didn’t tell me about the extra master stylist fee till after the service. For just a lash lift, no extra service, no tint I was told before sitting we started it was 89$. After a 18% tip I left paying 140$. Would’ve been nice to been told beforehand.

I had an amazing experience with the Master Specialist Deysy for my eyelash set and eyebrow shaping and tinting! The results are absolutely stunning — my lashes look full and natural, and my brows have never looked better. The specialist was incredibly skilled, attentive, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. I’m beyond happy with the outcome and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! 💕

I’m so pleased with my experience at this Salon everyone is pleasant and made me feel comfortable I’m from NJ and now in Florida my Lash tech is thee best I’ve had so far she knowledgeable and taught me a lot her name is Princetta after getting service with her I do not want anyone else as long as I get my lashes done

I had an amazing experience here! The techs were all super sweet, kind, and professional. Not only that but the space was clean and tidy, the beds were super comfortable as well I almost fell asleep on it. The front desk lady was amazing too her name is Mckayla! She made sure I was accommodated and gave me great advice for products and for my next booking.
Overall I would definitely recommended this to my friends and family. Favorite place for my lashes and they last SOOO long! Get tons of compliments all the time.

I am sick and tired of the drama and headache from this Salon!! I have been charged over and over and over again after I have canceled not once but three times. It's been six months of continuous charges like I am still a member then someone had the nerve to say they were going to charge me like I was not a member even though I have money pulled from the bank like I am one. I left a message asking for a refund. Then I was charged again. I thought why not use the credit so I called to make the appointment. I asked how many credits I had and was told five. I made the appointment then right before I was about to show up my husband called to confirm and I was told there was no more credits and it would be $300. Yet if we had not called, I would've driven 30 minutes to an appointment without being warned that my credits were no longer there a mere few hours later. One time I actually received an eye infection and cut immediately after getting my lashes done. The ophthalmologist told me it was 100% from getting them done. No one at the Salon seemed to care.
Then there was that one time, not just me but almost every single customer and former customer of Amazing Lash was charged hundreds and thousands of dollars because of a glitch in the system people were unable to pay their rent. I heard some were charged nearly $4000 at one point. Why continue to use the system if it does not function correctly.
Another issue is the extreme noise and behavior out front when trying to get my lashes done and relax! Multiple techs have told me they find it obnoxious as well including other clients that were getting their lashes done or have gotten them done there.
There are extreme communication issues, the fact that the manager is never there along with problems with the system, and the poor quality of beds and other items used make it extremely uncomfortable to get my lashes done including glue that burns my eyes and I have not had that issue elsewhere... also the Lash retention is horrible. I have been getting extensions done since 2018 and have gone to many places throughout Miami and Broward area and this is by far the worst experience and I went there on and off for almost 2 years because of the subscription.
I have found several other techs that will actually set up in my home for less, and the lashes have lasted longer and look better. Not sure what you have going on with this Salon but it is unacceptable. I need EVERY credit refunded. I am still waiting on a few.
I absolutely will not be coming back there. I have met many people that are former customers and have complained about similar issues. This is the last time I will be asking to cancel my subscription. I was told over the phone that it was canceled in the system yet here we are. To top it all off, you want to cancel my appointment and ask me to reschedule it last minute.
Last, but not least the lash techs need a pay raise. The way people are treated here is disgraceful.
