The manager and the associate, were very helpful in assisting me as a new customer in opening an mobile account and they were very knowledgeable and resolved my concerns in a timely manner, that's the reason I decided to only stay with AT&T for the excellence in everything including the cellular service! I wasn’t very Sure that I wanted to go with AT&T to get my iPhone because I never had them as a phone company before but when I tell you the Minute I walked into the store and the Friendly Welcoming Good Positive energy I received from Joseph I already knew that I was going to Go with AT&T for sure he Basically got me on Board with everything and walked me down my Plan and Etc…He is truly an Awesome Representative that AT&T has They should be really Proud to Have somebody Like Him Forreal Forreal I really Do advice Everybody to go and See Joseph I Promise you wouldn’t be Disappointed and you would walk out of there Happy Knowing that somebody took good care of you Just Like How I Did.

Went in the store and the clerk sat down and pointed at everything. Additionally, his answers to my questions were abrupt and after each question he just went back to scrolling on his phone. He seemed lazy and made zero effort to actually assist me.

Super bad service, the person who helped me was rude and had no interest in helping me, my cell phone was cut off and I want to pay I needed to call customer service from the store and he told me that it was the only phone and I couldn't use it with me, then he told me I said that I felt like they didn't want to help and they took it personally, the two guys started saying that I was a liar and on top of that I asked them to speak in Spanish and they told me the language of this country is English, I'm sorry… super bad customer service that

Michael was one of the most personable, but more importantly, KNOWLEDGEABLE cell phone ppl we’ve ever met. He fixed our problems lickety split. We talked for hours. I’m sending all my friends to see him. What an asset to the company. You just don’t find employees like this these days. He really really cares and it shows. Thanks a million, Michael!! ??????
