Horrible Customer Service and Management. Unwilling to help with a simple task. Would only respond with saying I will have problems, but would not explain what the problems are. I realized the problems were the staff. Stay away from this store.I went to another location with competent employees and management who were willing to help. No problems.

Current military member serving overseas. Came back home for Christmas and had an issue with my SIM card. Been a customer for three years. This store was only interested in selling. Had a problem and told to go to a corporate store, with zero attempt at fixing my problem. Went to another non corporate store down the road to n commerce pkway where the manager there spent 2 hours helping me with my issue. Don’t give your business to this one go .25 miles down the road and get better service.

After a visit to an att store in Miami, another to the apple store at Dadeland Mall, finally the solution to turn off my voicemail was thanks to Diego at att Weston, thank you so much???

Horrible customer service. I called the manager to inform him my husband had been waiting 2 hours to simply return 3 phones we had upgraded. Not only did they not assist in transferring them to the new iPhones the night before but refused to provide a receipt for them when we tried to return them the next day. They are so under qualified and under staffed that it took the person there, Diego, 2 hours+ to handle the one person in front of us. When I called the manager, Sutepe, to inform him, he basically said tough luck. He did not care. I’ve upgraded my phones about every 2 years and this store by far was the least professional or capable of handling.

We came at 5pm to get my phone switched. Store hours posted on the door say the store is open until 8pm. The lights were on but no one was in the store and the doors were locked. I called and customer service told me she didn't think anyone was working and to go to another store. How is this possible? I had my two kids with me and it's raining and no one was working? Don't bother going to this location. Totally unprofessional.

I inadvertently reviewed the incorrect store. The store at 4444 weston road is the correct store for this review.We went to this store and had the pleasure of being cheerfully and thoroughly helped by Cody. He was a smiling encyclopedia of helpfulness and assisted us in choosing a new phone. The store was impeccable also. Hopefully his supervisors will do what ever they can to retain and promote Cody as he is by far the best that we have encountered in several years with a big family plan with AT&T.

Cody is extremely helpful! My phone did not connect to the network. I had tried calling the customer service multiple times and spent countless hrs trying to figure out myself. Cody was able to resolve the tech issue in the store very quickly. He is very professional and knowledgeable!
