I ordered a computer to these people paid for a ecm and they said they didn't get paid. I asked where my computer was and then told me. I had no clue and the customer service. Suche had more excuses why they will not do business with these guys again.

Bad service Bad quality Bad value I sent my ecu in to Auto computer exchange and they said they repaired it and it was good to go. They charged me like $400 and did nothing. After that, I had 3 different diagnostic tests run on it and all of them said it was no good. When I called ACE and talked to Louis he said to return it and if they couldn't fix it, then they would buy it from me because 2005 dodge ecm's are rare. I returned it and they did nothing, nor will anybody return my phone calls. Don't use them! ps. the only reason I put 1 star is because I had to! Wyatt

It is time for a class action lawsuit. This company has been scamming customer for years. If you contact your credit card company you used to pay for the part, they will refund your money. Good luck everyone.

BUY FROM SOMEONE ELSE, they send me a damaged computer so I returned it 5 months ago and still wont give me my money back. You will end up with no computer and no money.

They are thieves, they will send you computers that won’t work, you will have to pay for the return shipping and still you won’t get your money back. I ordered a computer back in October, received it with in a week and it had codes, I returned it for an exchange, received the second one two weeks later, plugged it in and also had codes, they told me to return it but I had to pay for the shipping. They received it and said I had to wait for a month to get my refund, it’s been two months now and no refund. I told the owner I ended up buying one at the local dealership so he wanted proof that I did in order to get my refund, I text him pictures of the receipt and still didn’t give me my money back. Forget the 14 money back guarantee like it says on there website. I’ve kept on calling them and they either cuz you out, hang up on you, give you the run around saying they will work on it or they told the bookkeeper about it but it’s all lies, it’s been 3 months since I payed for it and just won’t give me my money back. BEWER BUYERS !!!

sent computer twice for a customer, every time came back with different issue, and it still not fixed, their answer was we dont know and suggested replacement, every time i send ecm, have to pay to ship even though its their mistakes!!, and i have to store customers car on my lot till issue resolved, which taking several weeks now!

Payed for a computer it didn’t work had it returned the day after I got it and it’s 2 months I havnt been refunded spoke to the owner Luis and he has no respect for his employees either and was not even trying to tell me when I would be refunded 3 weeks ago he told me the bank had my money this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with any business
