Mislaid my car key overnight. Charged $220 diagnostic test per major issue (ie $440 in my case for 2 issues). Caused me a wasted trip when I tried to meet junk hauler to tow out my car only to arrive to find service lot blocked off on Sunday morning. Service manager was friendly. I appreciate him letting me have car towed there.

I went in because one of the seatbelts in the back row of my car is not working. The person at Toyota told me with 100% certainty that this was no longer covered under warranty since my car had 40,000 miles. I read to him from Chat GPT how Toyota seatbelts are covered until 60,000 miles. At first denied it but the. Went to check. After he talked to his manager, they said I was correct. Then he said they needed to diagnose the failure for which I would have to pay $220 for the diagnosis if they determined the seatbelt failure was my fault. The total cost of repair would be more than $600. I left. What faith can I have in a diagnosis, when they originally told me they weren’t covered. Also I thought the prices were exorbitant and this whole situation terrible customer service. I think Touota makes great cars but I really thud I the customer service at the dealerships needs to change.

Customer Service was good. Concerns about service were ignored after reported. Had expected a reference when reported issues with car after service.

The service was great and I really appreciated that my vehicle was washed upon return. My only complaint is that a 15 min oil change took over an hour and a half. Will definitely make an appointment next time and not rely on the “express” oil change.
