May 19, 2025 my car had shut down at auto zone there was a young man who offered to help but he never came back, then there was a young man that worked in the store told me about two other men that helped me but I had to wait overnight outside in my car until Tuesday morning. It was OK because the men in auto zone had waited as long as possible for the mechanic to finish. I stayed in my car I was not worried I felt very safe, Davie police came by and sent their tow truck superior towing but it was so expensive I just stayed. Tuesday morning when the store opened I was acknowledged from all the men in the store with a smile and a friendly good morning. The men were so nice and kind they let me use the bathroom and gave me a chair to sit inside to get out the heat until their customer showed up to finish working on my car. I couldn't go without leaving a review because I was so please with not just customer service but the intelligence of all the men. I'm so thankful that my car or myself was not in a danger zone. I want to commend Mr. Rashide Thomas for managing such a tight and respectful store. If I'm ever in trouble again with my car I hope it's at this auto zone in Davie, Florida . And to all the gentlemen at Auto zone thank you so much for all you did for me

If customer service had a personality, it would be Charles: sharp, upbeat, and impossible to forget. Honestly, he didn’t just help with my car battery — he boosted my energy too. Someone get this man a cape, because he’s a customer service superhero.

Went in for a new battery and the one they had was dead. I had already been to another auto zone that did not have in stock. Tyler and Rashidi upgraded my battery and gave great service with a smiley. Keep up the good work. Auto zone should be proud of ya'll

Had a check engine light on my car, I wanted to understand why and these guys helped scan it free of charge and with a smile on their face. Their customer service is by far the best in the industry. Thanks to the lady who helped me today!!!

I came in today and desperately needed help figuring out what was going on with my car as it was smoking out and engine light was on. Upon arrival Rashidi was the first one who greeted me and asked what was needed. He was literally the first one to volunteer to help me along with another gentleman but Rashidi figured out what was wrong and decided to go ABOVEEEEE AND BEYOND. My cap was out of its place and he found it way inside the car and he went inside and gathered everything he needed to get the cap. He went under the car in this brutal heat of FL and got the cap for me. I couldn’t purchase one cause it was not in stock. He could have told me to figure it out and find another location instead he got the cap for me. It is people like him that makes the world a better place. May god bless this man in many many ways. No one else in here was would have been willing to help me and do all that he just did and he didn’t have to do that at all. THANK YOU RASHIDI (hope I spelled your name right)
