2 stars is fair given that this location is always limited to what supplies they carry, why? Who knows. Almost every time there is a promotion this location states item NOT AVAILABLE. A bit annoying being that I live very close to this location. To drive elsewhere is MEHH. It’s a pretty big store , what’s the reason ?

Second attempted Bath & Body works visit today (Saturday at 6pm) and this store was closed. Store in Broward Mall also closed. ?♀️

First time coming to this location. My first thought was that it was smaller than the ones I usually visit but it was great. Shelves were stocked well and staff was friendly. Everything I was looking for was available and the sale was great.

Came in the morning on a Saturday it wasn't busy at all. I was greeted when I came in the door and the young woman then asked me was I looking for anything in particular... it just so happens that this time I was, but it wasn't in stock. I ended up getting a different scent in the hand soap I was trying to get. The woman at the register was super sweet. Would come back if I'm in the area.

This is by far the best B&BW location in this part of Broward - great Semi Annual Sale selections twice a year, best candle day selection, and exciting well stocked year round inventory. Staff at Tower Shops is absolutely amazing - Rachel was so sweet and went above and beyond for me during my visit!!

This specific location sucks, barley have products and customer service sucks a*** They load the little bag with over $100 of product that I preordered and placed it in a single bag that ripped by the time I got to the car. When asking for an extra bag they don't and the manager didn't do anything either. The employee Angie with the burnt bob hair cut was rude and getting into my conversation with the cashier I was with. Has no sense of respect and definitely doesn't know anything about customer service. They should get rid of her and actually hire people who have experience. Including the manager that apparently doesn't do anything according to the other reviews.
