Best Buy had the product I was looking for and the gentleman at the front door pointed me in the area the item was located. After getting to the section another employee helped me with getting the right one and checked me out. So the time coming in getting what I needed was less than 10 minutes. That was perfect because I had somewhere else to go. Thanks Best Buy!

Sadly, my experience hasn't been stellar. I had to take a newly purchased computer back 2 times, and the geek squad still didn't move my files over to the new computer.....what good are the programs if the files aren't moved too. Terribly disappointed.

WE decided to buy a TV really late at night. Tony from the TV section was super helpful and answered all our questions. The young lady who greeted us was great as well. It was the best service received at a best buy ever. C

I've made quite a few purchases as this location this year alone. Some worth it others not. Most of the tech I could have purchased online for less. Yet the biggest issue with this specific location is that there are lots of employees walking around our chit chatting with each other, but rarely anyone available to assist you as a customer. Also, they typically only have 1 cashier checking customers out, so that line tends to be long for no reason. Yet there are employees wandering around doing nothing.

My experience at the Davie location was not a good one at all. I was back and forth at the store for well over 4 hours. The kid that was helping me was very sweet and tried his best to help me but even told someone he had never done a transfer of phones before and the person proceeded to not help him. He winged it the best he could but in the end we both realized I had a sim card (older phone) and we both did not know that once we transferred the phone, I did have service. Not knowing this and having had been there for over 4 hours already, I was overwhelmed and cancelled my entire order. Had someone been doing the transfer that knew that, would have explained that to me before letting me cancel my order. He was a Best Buy associate and even said prior not only had he not done it before but that was something the Geek Squad usually did so I'm not quite sure why the Geek Squad was not assisting me. They were involved a couple times and saw that he was having some trouble and still did not take over the process. He also never got a break because I was there until closing. On top of everything during that process of transferring everything, when I cancelled I lost Network service which was also a situation to get handled through my service provider so I was without a phone for 48 hours. Now, I went to look for the phones again not even 48 hours later and the price went up $81!?! Ridiculous. Whole entire experience is ridiculous!

Do not shop at this Davie location! Story.. Bought a pair of "premium" Kicker speakers for 129.99 on Jan 26. Installed one of them and I should've listened to the reviews. The sound is very low, even when connected to an Amp. Tried to return approximately three weeks later, with no luck. Two managers stated that due to "erosion" they can't make the return. Apparently, this location has alot of returns. If people are doing that many returns, perhaps you should stop selling junk. Again my fault, for not listening to the reviews. I will be following up sith my AMEX card for a resolution and hope they do a charge back. All they needed to do was offer me store credit and I'll be fine with that solution. Especially, when I have a receipt, the item is boxed and technically the speaker wasn't used. It was only for five mins. Shame on you Best Buy.

We had to go to the Geek Squad in Davie to get my wife’s new phone set up. For some reason, it wasn’t doing it on its own. Chris took care of us for a very long time until everything was exactly right. And during the process, Chris was entertaining and informative company the entire time. He was also focused and deliberate in what he did until everything finally worked the way it was supposed to. If you use this store’s Geek Squad, ask for Chris. You’ll enjoy every minute of it. Jeremiah, on the other hand, rudely tossed my wife’s phone case across the counter. My wife had to tell him to stop. But we’re Team Chris.
For some reason, it’s very hard to access BestBuy’s customer survey, which Chris suggested we use. You can only get to it through a BestBuy account, so I’m posting this here.

Not much to say about Best Buy. Overall a good experience, clean, and the floor person who helped me was knowledgeable and patient as I kept asking questions.
As someone that needed to grab a few pieces of gear for my streaming set up they had everything I needed, on display so I could interact and check the items before making a decision.
