lost 9 lbs in 6 weeks!!! Could not have done it without the personalized sessions, pep talk, and routine check-ins from coach Josh and coach Walter. Such a great team?. I must admit it feels hard at times, but these coaches push me to my fullest potential ? and I sincerely appreciate it. Can't wait for week 12!!!

This place is so much more than a gym, it is a wonderful, diverse community. The coaches are so invested in each member’s success. My body has never been tighter, stronger than it is after a year working out here!

Amazing GYM!!!! Everyone is so friendly, very family oriented. I’ve been a member for over a year now and results have been amazing. Great trainers, they are always so motivating, knowledgeable and encouraging. Excellent group classes and personal training. I’m so happy I joined. Highly recommended !!!!

A family oriented gym. Amazing coaches who are willing to work around any of your pre-existing or current injuries. They know how to modify workouts to your needs. Great place to work out if you were a previous athlete/veteran/first responder who suffered an injury and wants to try to get back at that level. Also, if you are just trying to lose weight and tone up your body, this is the place to do it. I personally see many of my teammates in this gym come out with amazing results. I'm proud to be part of Blitz 45 for a year now, and I'm looking forward to many more.

It’s really rewarding to feel the pounds coming down and your shape coming back. This team is really motivating (not pushy) and friendly. They actually really feel like a family. I’m super shy but I kind of felt at home from day 1. The team focuses on form first to make your workout safe and effective. Everything else is up to you, ie: consistency, dedication, discipline

This will probably be one of the most welcoming and encouraging gyms you can become a part of! The warm welcome starts with The coach, JOSH! He’s honestly very encouraging without making you feel like you failed when you can’t get through a workout. He plans occasional events and everyone has so much fun! Sunrise Beach, park workouts, yoga! Fun field days, bowling days. MOMMy and ME days!! And sooooo much more!I’m telling you Josh reallllly goes above and beyond for his people!!!!

Great gym! I joined just about a month ago. Had such a positive experience during my first couple of weeks, that it inspired my husband to join, too. Everyone is very nice, friendly, and most importantly…nonjudgmental! Josh is a great trainer. I have some physical limitations that make it difficult to do certain exercises. However, Josh always provides me with modified versions of those particular exercises, so I can fully participate in the training sessions. Never in my life did I think I would actually look forward to go to the gym! Now, I do! ?

My best friend Maria told me about Blitz 45. She told me great things about this place. How it is like family everyone encourages you. I had started my journey on my own prior to joining Blitz 45 I lost 25 lbs through healthy eating and working out at home. I wanted a challenge to build strength, endurance, and confidence. When I joined Blitz 45 I was not only welcomed by Josh who is one of the owners but by everyone. The classes are great Josh as well as Walter and Danielle accommodate everyone’s fitness level while providing different workouts so it is never boring. There personal training sessions are amazing I have seen the most results from this. I can definitely vouch for Blitz 45 you will not be disappointed.

I was trying out a couple of free trials at different gyms in the area before joining. Once I came here I knew I had found the right place. Great gym, great coaches, feels like a family. The workouts are fun and coach Josh is always changing it up. He is a wealth of knowledge and caters your workouts to your individual level. Everyone is very inclusive and supportive and I actually look forward to coming here everyday!
