1st time there as a walk-in. It's a no frills salon, customer service is a slightly below average. I had my gel manicure removed and then had a regular manicure...$25.00. The manicure was done nicely.

I’ve been coming here for 3 years and I’ve tried every single person by now. They are all very good and experienced, NEVER had a bad experience , and I’m extremely picky! I see the same faces every time I’m there which in my opinion is great 😊… they use the latest trendiest stuff … hands down best place in all of Broward county. I show them a pic and they bring it to life ! I will be their customer for ever ❣️❣️❣️ I posted two pictures ,one is my inspiration and the full hand is what I got!!! Amazing 🤩

I drive 30 minutes just to come to this nail salon—and it’s worth every mile! I always book with Lena my go-to girl. She’s incredibly talented, artistic, and lightening fast. I showed her a head scarf I was wearing for a 70s event, and she perfectly matched the vibe to my nails with such precision and creativity—she truly has an eye for detail!
Lena is not only amazing at what she does, but she’s also the sweetest. She’s chatty, funny, and just a good time overall. I just made another appointment with her after five and a half weeks—yes, it’s been almost six weeks, and my nails are still on and still getting compliments! Her sister Ana is also great! Highly recommend!

Horrible customer service, the owner is very disrespectful. I chose a yellow gel polish for my nails, Anna told me the yellow polish is very difficult to dry. I used the same color for my toes, I have to go back the following Saturday and Sunday to fix my toes because the polish kept peeling off. It made them very upset that they had to fix my polish after using a bad polish that they clearly stated doesn’t dry well. I asked them to use a different color, I was told I needed to pay.

I’ve been coming to Blush Nails for 5 years now. Each time I come back, they get better and better. They keep up with the latest trends and not afraid to go outside the box. My go to nail tech is Lena! She is amazing. She’s precise, creative and punctual. She always cease to amaze me.

I will never go to another chop shop again. Long beautiful nails…. Gone. This nail salon does not know how to take care of healthy, natural nails. . It’s almost like the Nail Tech deliberately put a small Apex and barely any acrylic on any of my nails. The application was extremely thin. If you don’t know what you’re doing say that instead of ruining someone’s nails. I don’t even think they were licensed.. He didn’t clean my cuticle nothing. My nails will grow back healthier than ever but I’ve learned my lesson. The board will be called ❤️
Update: I literally stubbed my toe and half of my toe came out. This business is TRASHHHHHHH

They like BLACK MONEY but they don't like BLACK PEOPLE. Watch the painted clown up front with your credit card. She will first ask you if you are going to leave a tip. Whether you say yes or no, she will take it. And remember they speak another language; keep your ears open and eyes peeled. And the men there like to fight women. If you disagree with your service or anything at all, they won't ask how they can fix it, they will tell you that IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT YOU CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. They will threaten and try to intimidate you. AND MAKE NO MISTAKE, THEY WILL FIGHT YOU IN THERE AS A *WOMAN*.

I've been coming to this Salon for the past 3 years and I've never had a complaint. My nail techs are usually Lee and Kimmy, they both do an amazing job each time. I've a very picky and particular person when it comes to my nails. I don't like having any residue on my skin or crooked nails and they make sure I always leave with the best. I've been doing dip on my hands for 6 years now and it's the only thing that doesn't allow my nails to chip or break. If you're ever getting your nails done, whether it be gel or dip, make sure to not touch your face or hair after they've cleaned your nail off. The oils will remain on your nail and causes the gel or dip to easy peel off or start to chip. It's something I learned from Lee! I love coming here, definitely recommend.

Kimmy is the BEST at pedicures . The shape she does is so good ! I won’t go to anyone else . Only thing is , I wish they did more of a “spa” experience and offered a long massage , & leg scrub. It’s more of just a simple pedicure. But kimmy is spot on for that square shape !

Fast and my nails are always on point not problem making an appointment, time efficient and I always leave super satisfied. Nothing is ever broken or in need of repair like massage chairs . The owner stays on top of his place and up to date with the latest trends too . And the woman in the front is also super nice

I think this is my favorite place when it comes to nail designs. But when it comes to customer service they aren't the best. i have been going here for almost 4 years and i love the nails every time. the artists are great but sometimes leave the french nails looking unfinished. from afar it looks good but close up you see the imperfections. the inside is very cute and nice but could use a nice new paint job. and they are always playing music and it's a great ambiance. love coming here

When I say I love this place, I love this place. The atmosphere & customer service are top tier. Sam is my go-to every time. He does my nails to perfection. If you want quality, this is the place to be. Anyone can get you together.

Absolutely humiliating, disgusting, and embarrassing! I've been a loyal customer at this nail store for months, consistently getting my gel overlay refill and even recommending it to others—until today. Never again will I step foot in this establishment. Within three days of my last refill, my thumb nail began to lift from the side, followed by my middle and index fingers lifting from the bottom. I was shocked and furious, especially considering the effort it takes for me to drive all the way from Boynton Beach for this service. Despite my busy schedule, I called the shop and spoke with the manager, Sam, detailing the issue with dates. He assured me they would fix it for free. We arranged a time two weeks later, but a week after our conversation, he instructed me to arrive at 10am on Saturday to avoid crowds.
However, when I arrived this morning, there were customers in the shop. I explained the situation again, and Sam loudly declared, arms folded and with attitude, "No! You're not getting it for free. No refill for free!" I never even mentioned the word "free" during our conversation. I was mortified as he made it seem like I was demanding free services after consistently paying $60 plus tips every visit. I felt utterly disgusted by the way Sam treated me, picking on me in front of everyone. He offered no apology or acknowledgment of my concerns, brushing me off to a young lady to assist me. Feeling humiliated, I asked her to remove my nails. I fought back tears, embarrassed after traveling so far only to be disrespected. Despite paying for my service and still tipping, I vow to never return.

To begin, I was a 1st time customer. I’m extremely picky but decided to take a chance. I’m originally from Miami but I was visiting family for the holidays. I found this place because a girl that works at Ross next door had her nails done and they looked nice and she told me about Blush Nails. I was able to get an appointment for me and my daughter the next day which was 12/31/22. When we walked in the 1st tech for some strange reason wouldn’t service my 9 yr old daughter and they reassigned her to someone else at table 4. Can’t remember his name but he was a younger dude with a tattoo on his left arm. He did a great job on my daughter’s manicure and pedicure and that came up to $90. I thought it was a bit pricey for a 9 yr old but it was a job well done. Next , I was assigned to table 5 , I think his name is Hai. He was extremely patient, kind, and walked me through the entire process of pricing and made sure I was completely satisfied with each step prior to moving to the next and even corrected a few nails before applying the powder. When we was done I was extremely happy with the results and not surprised at all by the price because he told me the prices beforehand. $70 for the nails and $90
For the design. Then he did my pedicure and I was satisfied once again, my feet feel and look great. I will definitely be returning when I go back to Miami without question. Thank you to the two gentlemen for your services and kindness….Total spent was $310.00. I know it’s a bit pricey but you get what you pay for and it was money well spent in my opinion!!!
So I had to come back and do a follow up…..I ended up with damaged nail beds after this set!!! It took about 3 months for my nails to recover after the removal.
